Leopard has SHIPPED!

Mines still stuck on Prepared for Shipping....

So I rung apple up, dude said it might ship today if your lucky, if not it will be tomorrow and i'll have it Monday.

I asked him about the newsletter that stated if u pre order you would get it the day it came out - He replyed, Yes u might if your lucky!!

He then checked the warehouse it was getting shipped from and said it looks like I might have it tomorrow!! But he also stated theres alot of orders for this product!!

In Toronto, received e-mail from Apple saying it's for delivery by today (25th) but Purolater can't find it on their system.

I was intending to take the day off tomorrow for delivery but might do so today..... but will be screwed if they don't show up.

Well seeing as though the Euro HQ is in Cork, then they could at least open a store in one of the big cities in the Republic too.

Dublin, Galway, Cork or Limerick.... Or here's an idea apple. Why not just have a small extension on the place in Cork and have a walk in zone for people to come in and purchase stuff...

It's a bloody joke over here...

For those in the UK shipping via TNT

You will need to use the reference selection when making your search. This seems to give different results to the UK search facility. Are our shipments coming from Ireland?

Although, I'm not getting much more than my order was 'picked up' today.
 
still "NOT YET SHIPPED"

You guys are lucky. Mine still says "NOT YET SHIPPED". I ordered on the 17th, and still no "PREPARED FOR SHIPPING" or anything and I live in Texas. I am starting to get worried.

Searching for my order on the UK tracker gave me a previous delivery to Edinburgh (I'm in Cheshire). However, searching the international shipments using the link provided above, I was able to find my delivery.

Same here. All the good stuff will no doubt happen later today and tonight, and tomorrow we can all refresh like made until it says "Out on the van for delivery" :D

I'm going to go and get drunk tonight in anticipation!
 
Just got an email from apple, mine is shipped. Fedex tracking number is not active yet but pretty sure it will be here tomorrow. I just hope they stick to Priority Overnight so I will have it by 10:30am tomorrow. I am in the US.

Mines something in Bristol delivered in March using international, and something delivered in September in London not using it. :(
 
I'm in the US too. Just got the shipping notice from Apple. Since it's so fresh I can't track @ FedEx yet to confirm it shipped "priority," as stated on the online invoice. Here's to hoping so I'll have by 10:30 tomorrow.

This is for a regular order w/ free shipping.
 
Tiger All Over Again

Mine is still saying Prepared for shipping. I preordered it on the day it was announced, but I have a feeling I won't get it tomorrow. The same thing happened to me with Tiger. I preordered it as soon as it was announced and it didn't ship from Apple until release day. I didn't end up getting it until Monday.

Is Apple so worried that someone may end up with Leopard one day early that they are willing to compromise the promised delivery time? I can't see why else they would miss the ship date.

I have had this before with TNT when ordering various other things i can only assume that they re-use tracking numbers every three or four months. In the past my order has appeared later on in the day when tnt update the status.
 
Mine's been "prepared for shipment" for a while as well. I pre-ordered it the day they opened for delivery on the 26th. If it doesn't arrive on the 26th I'll be mildly peeved.
