How's the shipping working out for other Canadians?

Mine was shipped from Pennsylvania to Ottawa yesterday morning (24th) via Purolator. According to Apple, it was sent priority overnight (air). But according to Purolator, it was shipped ground and I won't have it until Thursday next week

My order at Apple still says "Prepared for Shipment" and "Ships by: DELIVERS ON OCTOBER 26TH"

What does this mean?

Same-day shipping and delivery?

hmm.Well mine shipped about an hour ago but the expected delivery is 30th Oct. wtf?! that sucks, hopefully it will arrive tomorrow, i ordered the first day you could!!

My status just changed in the last half hour or so. I was given a Fedex tracking number but when I check it on Fedex's website it refers to and order from last year. Plus it is an order that I did not even make. I live in NY. Anyone ever see this????

maybe they recycle tracking #'s? just a guess though.

Mine has still yet to be shipped as well. This kind of worries me. I'd really, really like it on Friday and I don't see how they're going to be able to do a same day shipping & delivery? If I don't get it 'til Monday, I'll most likely have to wait until next Friday to install it because it's being shipped to my home address, not my dorm.

I indeed have the exact same issue. Glad someone is in the same boat. I just received a shipment confirmation from Apple that says my copy will be delivered by tomorrow, except that the FedEx tracking number supplied refers to a package that was delivered last May to a Mr. O. Chavez in Carson City, CA.

yeah i keep checking my email hoping i get an email from apple about my copy being shipped. 10:20cdt and no notification.

I'm an Up To Date who is still at Not Yet Shipped

Maddening since I live so close to the 5th Ave store. I wonder if I could buy a copy at the store, use it, then return the unwrapped Up To Date copy to the store next week. My God I'm sad

According to FedEx, it has been shipped this morning at 8:55AM from
Berkeley, CA. Do you think the copy will be delivered tomorrow to D.C.?
The shipment method is priority overnight.

That would make sense, but this has never happened to me before with FedEx. Pretty strange.

FedEx sometimes reuses tracking numbers. I've seen this happen before. No worries – it should update soon.

My order has now progressed to the status of 'Please Call' on the TNT tracking page. I've just given them a call and they have said that this is an international delivery and may be delayed (but she read back to me that the delivery date of the 26th is on the system). There was not a lot more that she could say other than I give them a call tomorrow.

I asked if the delivery could have been embargoed and the response was that this is indeed possible.

I got this before, status please call means that its between two places and so no updates are available, I was told when tiger shipped that I would not be getting tiger on the day, but it came at 3pm about an hour after I spoke to them, don't believe everything the say!

Just woke up and got my email from Apple the FedEx tracking number shows that it left Texas of all places. It will got get delivered today but will be delivered by 10:30am Friday, God willing.

Yes, I have leopard in my hands right now!
