I can see it gets so bad that we have chris crocker or whatever his name is vlogging "LEAVE IJUSTIN ALONE!!!!!!!!"

"Leave Justin Alone !!!!!!! (sob...)
...or you'll have to deal with me!"

Well then he would just pitch a tent outside her house on Monday because he has a date with her on Friday.

LOL! LOL! Sorry but that just made my day.

You know it's ironic that the Macrumor admins made this thread and then put the disclaimer after making it, like they didn't expect this to happen.

They practically ask for it with this quote:
Seeking to capitalize on his growing publicity as an early camper for Apple devices, Justin has launched a new site at iJustinOfficial.com...

Justin can camp out for a week because he is (still) unemployed. He did this during the iPhone4 release. He didn't have a job then and clearly doesn't now. Taxpayers will be picking up the bill yet again. I'm just stating fact.

oh god...

he's a self-titled "rising internet celebrity, famously known.."

/ego

gg macrumors for inflating this kids head..

Actually, you're not. He has a job now, and he's on vacation this week. Try again.

While it might be 1:30am here, I'm still up reading the forum. It's pretty windy out here right now.

This statement is partailly incorrect. While it's true I was employed last year, I'm already addressed this multiple times in the forum.

I'm currently on my Spring Break week like many others. I also do now have a career in non-profit organizations. Although I can no name out what I do and who I work for due to privacy during high publicity.

Surely this is the price to pay for being a public figure: people talking about you, insulting you personally or praising you, etc

Oh yeah, don't want to make anyone angry due to the 'high publicity' that comes from camping out for the iPad 2. Eight news stories on Google News....now thats coverage. Surly your team of PR agents will be able to manage the media circus that has become your life.

lol seriously. Sad part is, none of those are from the mainstream media. Only blogs/tech sites like MR. Huge coverage indeed.

I can't remember the last story with this many "Negative" votes

That's the reason why he's becoming a "rising internet celebrity". Reminds me of a guy in Sweden, by the way. His name was Anton Gustafsson, and he became famous in the late 90s singing over MIDI versions of Iron Maiden songs. There was a lot of flame-posting in his guestbook, even worse than anything I have ever seen on 4chan.

It's only the start of the week. More then likely they are waiting for more to get lined up to interview. Perhaps you should run a google search on my name.

I did make Yahoo, AOL, CNN, and other main stream media last year. Later in the week, it more likely won't be much different this time.

Uh huh. We're discussing what a dumb idea it is to queue up four days before an iDevice is released.

Anyway, thanks for playing.

Oh, and kudos for the utterly vacant quote.

Wow...JUST. WOW.

It's amazing to see how cruel and hateful people can be. Who the **** cares if another man chooses to spend four days in a tent, in anticipation of an Apple toy? BFD!!

Ironically, the bulk of the people spewing hateful comments on here are the very same folk who simply cannot wait for that YouTube video of an iPhone unboxing. Wow!!! Woohoo!!! How thrilling, right? Think of how ridiculous and lifeless you appear to others, because you're itching to see what it looks like to remove an iDevice out of its box. Seriously, WhoTF defines what's cool and what isn't? NOT YOU!!!

Everyone's different, and we all enjoy different things. If this not your thing, FINE. If you feel this doesn't warrant Page 1 coverage, I agree with you. But that is NO EXCUSE to showcase this level intolerance and bigotry. At the end of the day, I'm more inclined to believe iJustin leads a happier life than ANYONE who finds it necessary to bash him.

Justin, I do not condone all the hateful things being said about you. I think it's immature and it displays their inability to accept others for who they are. With that said, if you're going to embrace your new-found blogosphere celebrity status, you'll have to take the good with the bad. Unfortunately, today's society is designed to crucify anyone that's in the limelight. You should do what you enjoy and ignore those who contribute nothing positive (aside from the fact that all these haters have now turned you into Monday's most popular post). Don't sit here and acknowledge them. It's a waste of your time and it only feeds into their sickness. Enjoy your iPad2!

Sad part? Even that is still sad that there is coverage fir such an innane waist of time.

Its the glorifiaction of stupidity, no thx the less this get covered the better.

Ok, now I'm bothered...

What's with all the screening of posts? We're just speaking our minds. I find it odd that this dude who happens to be camped next to an Apple Store isn't having his posts axed. Or at least I suspect as much.

Maybe some were taking it too far. I offered my two cents to one poster, who didn't take it well, but was hoping to reconcile. Now his post and mine is gone. Awesome.
