i think that's pretty sad. but whatever, this part is really annoying any way.

It's to be expected when the medicore actors (from Marvel movies etc.) are the most popular ones.
The good ones (movies, actors and directors) are forgotten because these mindless action hero movies are making so much money.

Peoples' expectations (and attention span) for a good, thought provoking story is declining, so we're seeing less of those movies. Luckily, tv shows are kinda filling that void, with a few really good ones that revolve around a good story.

The only one that I'm even partly interested in was Amazing Stories stories, being turn into video. But that's because I'm a SciFi geek.

I'm a sci-fi geek too and love the concept. But that promo made it look awful. And Spielberg is not the person to do it. He is horrible at sci-fi. Remember A.I? All the Jurassic Park/Worlds except the original? He thinks sci-fi is all about visual effects and the story is irrelevant. Not the person to bring Amazing Stories to the screen.

Apple enthusiasts love to complain, but they don't "hate it" enough to stop watching.

I’m an Apple fan boy but I don’t want to watch all these lame shows so far maybe I can give a chance to amazing stories. But everything else I don’t think I would tune in.
