It's not constructive criticism. Here's how their posts go:

"LOLOL Android had this two years ago, way to catch up Apple!"

You don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out their agenda.

I HATE these new icons, but I think ios7 is great. That's constructive criticism.

Saying "OMG, Android is so much better" is not.

Actually just saying I hate these new icons is not constructive.

I hate these new icons because XYZ is constructive.

WOw iOS 7 looks like umm... Android now!

Does it? Which Android exactly? Doesn't look like any Android I dev on - maybe a little like HTC's front end? I couldn't look less like Samsungs horrendous looking Touchwiz though and it doesn't really look anything like Googles stock Android (which does look nice but just not like iOS7)

I'm sorry but I didn't see one new thing in ios7. Just a rinse and repeat interface copied from android.

apple fails to deliver yet again. smh.

Lol. what crap.

I guess if iOS has something, Android is not allowed to have it, and when Android has something, iOS is not allowed to have it.

Is that how the world works?

Talk about spin. You seem pretty damn insecure to me and it's the personal attacks, which are against the rules, that are annoying. People posting their opinions of the product is not

You're telling me what I should find annoying?

The only thing that could possibly kill this for me is if it is noisy. Other than that and maybe (in true Apple form) being a bit skimpy on the USB3 ports, I'm sold.

My 2 pence(cents) worth.

Was kind of hoping for Siri in osx, but looks good. Can't wait.

The new air, I need to curb my spending habits so a no go for me.

The Mac Pro looked awesome, but tbh won't effect me either way. Way out of my price point and needs.

Ios7, I am really looking forward to it. :)

so, this fall then......

Cook already said not to expect major new product categories until the fall and 2014.
That's fine with me, but you can expect Wall Street to react to that. Samsung's overtaking them in phone sales, and now Apple needs six more months. That's going to be a lot of lost revenue. Hopefully, they'll release an awesome phone and tablet in time for XMas.

Actually it is insecurity when you go to a competitor or fan site and say X sucks and mine is better.

That is the definition of insecurity.

Notice how Apple doesn't need to bash Samsung in commercials? They just show how their products work. Samsung has to bash Apple, Windows phone, etc in everything they do.

That again is the definition of insecurity.

As they said in GoT last night, if you have to remind everyone that you're the King....

Or, if you have to remind everyone why a removable battery is great, then a removable battery is not great....lol. :)

Some of those icons are bleech. They really didn't need to change them so much. Just yank the gradients. For something like Game Center just four blocks wIth no pieces and no texture would have been better to me.

To be fair Apple don't copy Android, they copy what the jailbreak community does. The jailbreak community came up with most of this stuff before Android ever did.

Goodbye folderenhancer, ncsettings, music pro, multitasking apps. Hello iOS7! :)
If it wasn't for the streaming apps like mb and xbmc I wouldn't have a need to Jb anymore with iOS 7 :)

That was the best Apple keynote in quite a few years in my opinion. This is the first time since prior to Steve Jobs death that I've felt good and confident about Apple. They really exceeded my expectations today. Some people will complain because they didn't get all the features they wanted or because they don't like change, but I personally think the products they showed today were all great and it showed me that Apple still have the ability to wow people. Great keynote.

Agreed. I wish Tim didn't stumble on some things as much but overall the double down on secrecy worked. Everyone here at work that's seen the iOS7 stuff loves it. Everyone is excited to be done with their skeuomorphism.

I just wish they had the MBPRs...guess we have to wait till July.

Overall I do like the updated iOS. It is very similar to the Samsung Galaxy S4 software. Whatever it is called. 4.2 is the version I think. I owned that phone for about a week, but the build quality killed it for me. I was pissed that the software was so much better than iOS ( I went back to an iPhone 5).

I am not mad that they copied the S4. Most of these features should be on every phone anyway. I am just glad I can stick with my iPhone 5.

I enjoyed the keynote. First one in a while actually. Yes, iOS7 isn't a total innovation but like they said, it's something we don't have to learn ALL over again. I agree with that mentality.

Did anyone else get goosebumps watching the Jony I've video on iOS7? It was a great introduction to it. I can't wait to get it.

Lol. what crap.

Don't bother, have you read his other postings?

Anyway, I don't like the icons, the color gradients look cheap (and I never liked the combination of cyan/magenta/grey - there seems to be a lot of that going on on the home screen). the apps themselves look great.

Love that flashlight feature on control center!

I have an app(free one) that does a lot better. It has strobe and brightness settings as well.
They totally missed the boat on this. Notice they didn't show how to kill apps in the multi task screen? Probably still have to wiggle and kill them one at a time.
