What's that sound? Oh it's the market share of RIM falling to pieces

This will be the Blackberry killer..they took everything the BB has and dumped it into the iphone all at once

This is what i've been waiting for.

I'm a network admin at a company of 65,000 employees. I've been dealing with these crappy windows mobile devices until now because we use Exchange for our email. We can't open up IMAP because of security policy.

I knew they couldnt just leave us business users out in the cold.

Thank you Apple. You just sold thousands and thousands of iPhones to my company alone.

(btw, remote wipe and all that stuff have been features of Exchange for a while now. just finally get it on the iphone now.)

And the calculator one.

Also this Microsoft Exchange thing, does that mean i can now use Hotmail on my iPhone for Emails?

No exchange is only for if you are connecting to an exchange server for email

They've done enterprise, now working on SDK.

Does that mean the final part of the map, a software update, is coming at the end of the show? (better unjailbreak my ipod)

Still needs mass delete on email from the iPhone. Also need someone to write an official SSH app to remote control servers in the infrastructure...and paging type functionality so that email/SMS with certain keywords would trigger a repeating alert.

If we get those few features, I can retire this Blackberry (oh...and having RSA provide a SecurID client would be nice too).

Yeah I honestly was not expecting Apple to put ALL of this in at once like this and for free at that

What is wrong with Mac Rumors chat???

irc.macrumorslive.com

I try to join the room macrumorschat as I've done for every keynote for years and it says I have to be invited?

Any ideas? This was my favorite part of keynotes.

What's push calendar? Does it mean that changes made in iCal get pushed to the iPhone automatically and vise versa?

If that's not right, it's still a good idea.
