Yeah I ordered one to the wrong address as well then right after ordered another to the correct address just in case.
 
Can't believe some of you are bitching over a $15 fee when you likely got charged $60+ in tax for an ONLINE order! I've come to expect it with Apple but THAT is what bothers me.

Not to mention the fact that most (clever) people just go to ATT and ask them to waive the fee as a "one-time courtesy..." ;) You're welcome.
 
I have the $15 upgrade fee too. Why are we getting charged this stupid fee for the full price iPhone?

FWIW, I've always been able to get any upgrade or activation fees waived through the chat on AT&T's web site. I think the fee is total BS. They try to come back with "It's to offset the cost of offering personalized service when picking out your iPhone". Then I remind them that I did the whole thing myself on the website. That shuts them down. YMMV, etc. :)

I saw that too. However, in the order total amount I only see the iPhone price plus the tax (I paid full price cause I am on contract since iPhone 6). No $40 fee. Will Verizon include that in my bill? I will call them 1000 times to waive it, it is ridiculous!

Same with me. Bought phone at full retail and the $40 language popped up during the ordering process, but it doesn't look like I was actually charged that amount. We'll see if Verizon tries to stick it on my bill.

It was super easy! Apple site never loaded for me so did the app. The damn thing made me put in my address and my shipping address. I typed it out as fast as i could I got my address right but the phone number is incorrect. Not that it really matters. Well im happy i got what i wanted at least and it was exhilarating
 
I have an AT&T business account, so I can't order through Apple. I have to use AT&T Premier (bleh). I placed an order through Premier for a 6s Plus (Space Grey, 128GB), but the shipping estimate is already into October. I just so happened to check the Apple Store app and noticed that they are allowing in-store reservations for launch day. So I reserved the same model for 8:00am 9/25 at my local Apple Store. From what I understand, Apple can process upgrades for AT&T business account in store, but not online. So if the AT&T Premier order doesn't ship before launch day, I should be able to pick up a phone at my Apple Store. :)

I also have one and it still let me Pre-Order through Apple's iPhone App. Try again.
 
IPhone 6 s + 128 GB space gray through Apple Store app on IPad. Pick up on the 25th!

I didn't even think to use a different browser. Tried my MCP and the my verizon app. Kept getting errors so I resorted to the chat person. They're placing the order now. Probably slower than I could do it myself in a different browser...
 
This is new. I have "instant" buyers remorse. Ordered the 64 Rose Gold iPhone 6S. It's not the color, but I really didn't feel like upgrading. 3D Touch and a new camera don't mean anything to me.

I'll wait a few days, and cancel if I'm still feeling this way.

With that said, my preorder experience was great. Verizon's site was fast.

I did. You need to go change your apple id password for whatever reason. Once I did it worked like a charm.
 
so if I got an email saying "order being processed" is that my confirmation email?
 
It still won't let me reserve for Apple Upgrade Plan...it says its available but when I put in my Apple ID it just loads then takes me back to the login screen
