Easily got three separate phones ordered...except for the fact that my personal phone has the wrong billing address because for some reason Apple Pay decided to use a work address!

Called in and after a long hold they said they can't update over phone, I can later on in the order processing. Hoping this won't lead to a cancelled order or slipping ship date.
That's odd. Apple pay has my work address as well. Very strange. Hope all is well, though. I use apple pay all the time at the grocery store and never had a problem so I hope this is all ok too.

Can't believe some of you are bitching over a $15 fee when you likely got charged $60+ in tax for an ONLINE order! I've come to expect it with Apple but THAT is what bothers me.

Not to mention the fact that most (clever) people just go to ATT and ask them to waive the fee as a "one-time courtesy..." ;) You're welcome.

Totally agree. Tax on one of my 2 phones was close to $100. $100 in tax is ridonkulous, not the $15.

How long does it usually take with preorders to go from We've received your order to Processing items status on preorders like this? That is supposedly when I can change the address on my order.

So for those of you who did the in store reservation, should we expect an email? I reserved mine for 8:30 and hope Apple truly does have enough models for reservations, or do you guys think they will run out?

Figured out why the weirdness with address. Their is a setting for default transaction address on the main Apple Pay page in settings...that was correct. But if you click on each card itself in Apple Pay settings, each card for some reason has an address and it apparently just choses some random address because it never asked me for an address when I added that card to Apple Pay today.

Because one is an understandable cause cost (you have to pay firemen, police officers, library officals, etc) and one is a made up bull crap cost that doesn't need to exist, other than to make a corporate guy richer.

Whew. After about a dozen various glitches between the at&t premier site & at&t app, and 30 minutes I got my order in. Then I was so wired from caffeine & nerves, I cleaned my kitchen.

Looks like Rose gold color is popular this year. Reservation for rose gold 6s plus has all been dried up here in sf. Guess I'll just settle with gold lol

Uh! I have confirmation numbers for both orders, but no email and no charge on either card. What gives!?

I have sticker shock after the years of subsidy phones. I had an old $145 total plan with AT&T for 3 lines, so the subsidies were a pretty good deal actually. I'm not going to Mobile Share though, moving to T-Mobile.

I was able to order 128 Space Grey in both plus and non-plus both delivered 9/25. Obviously, they have a LOT of phones this year. Nothing is out of stock!

Still haven't received my Apple Store confirmation email. Almost an hour from the time I placed the order now.

Weird. My shipping address is my office which is correct but it applied the same one as my billing address which is my home. I guess it's too late to worry about it tonight and I'll try to address it in the morning. I have confirmation from my credit card company that my card was charged and checked my account and it has a pending transaction. Like someone else stated earlier I use apple pay for other purchases and never had a problem. But for peace of mind id like to update the billing address to the correct one.
