There was a carrier update (Verizon) this morning for me. Did this solve anyone's issues? I haven't had any issues on my 6s.

Thankfully I haven't had this issue yet. Signal stays solid as my 6s plus did. On carrier 25.1

I'm still on 25.1 and having weird signal issues. Already getting wife complaints which isn't good at all. I hope this gets resolved soon.

From another post, toggling off LTE voice may help. Just keep it set on data only. I turned mine back on and seems to be better but will report back later.

Doesn't that kill the ability to use data and talk at the sametime?

Like mentioned on provious comments, turning off lte voice seems to fix the problem.

i guess thats a temp fiz until apple or verizon fixes the problem.

Turning lte to data only then resetting network settings, then turning lte to voice and data seems to help some. Although it may only be a temporary fix, if not slight improvement.

The reception on my 7 is definitely not better than my 6 was in the same spots. Unless the network issues are what's hindering it.

Can you please do a side by side comparison, one phone vs the other? Post the speeds.
d'oh! sorry.. I wish I could have done this before I already called to have the SE activated (just switching devices between my SIM doesn't automatically work). my issues were all directed towards the handset itself and not Verizon (even though I have a Verizon model) since I'm using this on MetroPCS. the 7 Plus is now on my Sprint which has a much stronger signal here at home to begin with. but even with the weaker T-Mo signal I have here at home, my SE is moving along just fine whereas my 7 Plus was at complete halt.

Apple/Verizon have 14 days to get this fixed. This isn't acceptable at all.

How much did it help? The issue is gone?

Since I did it, I have yet to drop the network all day. No 3G, no "no service". Coincidence? I don't know but I haven't had the issue since toggling that setting off and on again.
Just swapped to LTE only for Data as you did. Will follow up to provide feedback.
