With this many fixes I'm downloading the Combo updater (109 MB). Besides I have a couple of friends who are still on dial up so they can use it.

mine is downloading right now, 105mb because I am downloading the combo update (that way I can use it next time I reformat, instead of installing all the previous updates individually) But im on a t1 line so its not too bad

An OS update on Halloween... Scary!!

Took a long while to re-boot and lots of permissions were fixed when I ran Disk Utility. Second re-boot was much faster. Everything seems fine so far. I got the 52 meg version on my eMac.

I'm totally crippled without AcidSearch...! How do people find stuff online without it...?! ;)

Also when I restarted an extra time Finder complained about APE, but it seems to run OK and ClearDock is not disabled...

I got the 97MB and I had done EVERY update previously. Does anyone know if this fixed the 'myspace' issue where it would lock up Safari?

Disables Quartz 2D Extreme—Quartz 2D Extreme is not a supported feature in Tiger, and re-enabling it may lead to video redraw issues or kernel panics.

Opinions?

Why do you use cleardock anyway there is a much more elegant way to get a clear dock???

Ugh. 35 minutes(estimate) for download. I never thought my internet was slow, but w/ cable and faster DSL's, I'm starting to think that:(

Screw it! I am just going to take my chances and download it. I am too weak to hold out. Hopefully all goes well.

Like...?

And the advantage is that ClearDock works, opposed to TransparentDock...

And it's been a while since I could be bothered to modify and replace the Dock resources myself... ;)

It's an installer package that changes just that (makes the dock clear). Comes with an uninstaller too and has never made ANY problems for me. If you're interested I can send you the link or the file later (I am at work right now) just pm me. :)
