I'm serious, I know it's off topic but I want to read some good basic training stories involving Marines.

I'd ask for Navy stories but unless you were a SEAL you probably spent all day playing simulation video games.

I didn't fail, pfleishman did. :p

I can't remember that far back. My memory only has a ten-year time span. But I can tell you that they did hit recruits back then, and I may or may not have been hit.....many times. ;)

Uh, no. I ordered mine 19 days before the OP. And as for BTO facilities, I know there are BTO facilities in NorCal. Being that I'm in SoCal your reasoning does not apply.

I wonder when Apple will update their website to show shipping "next business day" or similar. Let's hope soon.
 
Mine isn't shipping yet.
I ordered Jan 19th.

I still don't believe this is legit though.
That screen capture looked sketchy, and I don't know if I should believe someone else saying they got an email from him.
 
I ordered 8-9 days ago and while my shipping date hasn't been changed my credit card has been authorized so I assume it is coming soon.
 
I'm just glad whistler was able to confirm and prove the integrity of my claims. I hope everyone gets their macs shipped soon as well. I just wanted to sate my good news so evryone else ca expect moved UP dates instead of delays. Cheers to all.
 
Skagen5555, congrats on your new, freshly-shipped Mac Pro! As a past recipient of the wrath of some of the many Photoshop "experts" :rolleyes: on here, I can sympathize. Enjoy your new machine.
 
Update:

My Mac Pro now says "Prepared for Shipment". I expect for it to ship tomorrow, and arrive here on Monday, or Tuesday.
 
Unbelievable. I want to believe it, sure, but there's still just one guy vouching for it with 70 some posts and several newbs (no offense - i consider myself a newb to this site too).

I'm not convinced until someone else who's been around for at least 6 months can confirm this.

For all future posters that claim "shipped", please provide State and / or country as appropriate. Maybe there's a method to the madness we can decipher.

mine hast shipped yet and i ordered jan. 11th and its supposed to ship by feb 19 i just called apple and they discounted 25$ of the order on top of the expedited shipping due to the delays
