I DON'T BELIEVE THIS B.S. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
About 20 minutes ago, I get a friggin' automated message from my credit card company (Chase) saying that possible fraudulent activity may have occured, Press 1 to listen. So I press and listen that my charge to Apple was declined. Did you place this order? If so, press 1. So I press 1 and it says I need to contact the company to re-process my order.
Called Apple immediately. The first person I talked to couldn't re-authorize the card. Very upset, I called Chase and bitched them out. Told them to authorize the charge. They said they couldn't. I told them I ordered this product on the 8th of January and have been waiting nearly a month for this product, and that because of their automated INCOMPETENCE I would probably have to wait even longer. I told them if this screwed up my order I can pretty much guarantee I'm canceling my service with them.
Called Apple back, told my story, was then connected to someone who could help me. The guy said he was able to get the card charged. Hopefully I'll get my shipping notification today.
So now, I'm probably going to get it during the 13th-19th instead of getting it shipped tonight like so many others.
I can't believe this crap. After waiting so long I am foiled by my credit card company's incompetence.
