Irvine Spectrum, CA

Irvine Spectrum location
Irvine, CA

Went Saturday. They had six display units (two of each color). None for sale.

Dedham, MA Legacy Place Apple Store has 6 MacBook display models (2 of each color), but no in-store availability as of Friday.

AUSTIN, TX (The Domain)

Went in Sunday afternoon and there were display models, nothing to buy in the store and walk out with. Employee I spoke to said launch of this was online-only...

Wonder how long it will be before they actually start showing up in stores.

You can see the new MacBook at Apple Store Aventura, FL... not sure if it's in stock to purchase.

Best Buy in Mission Viejo, CA has them in stock to purchase in every color. Employee couldn't tell me exactly how many but they do have some.

Germany, Hanover: Not available and not displayed. Staff has no clue when it will arrive...

Apple Retail Store - Manhattan Village
3200 N Sepulveda Blvd, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266

They had them on Display on 4/10. Didn't ask if they had any in stock for sale though.

was this over the phone or in person? I am finding that people on the phone are very confused b.c all of the different models.

Over the phone. She confirmed 8GB/256 models in all colors. A member here who works there tipped us off last night that they would have 7-10 or so for sale today. They do indeed. If I buy one, can I return the one coming FedEx on Wed to an Apple store?

Yes, you could return it to the apple store. Please buy it. You may be the first person with one!

Eastview store in Rochester, NY, USA has them on display (2 of each color) but none in stock.

It's a beautiful machine. Wish the price/power ratio wasn't so far off.

Boulder, CO (United States) now has it on display but they still aren't selling them to people walking in. Just spent a good amount of time playing around with the space grey variant.

Monday here.

Nothing in Canada.

Went to Yorkdale, the employee told me they were supposed to get at least the demo by now, but it got delayed. *sighs*

Not sure what you're talking about. You're spreading misinformation. I called, and they said they don't have any, haven't had any, and don't expect any in the foreseeable future. As a plan B, I had a friend that lives down the street just stop by over lunch, and they in fact said the same thing. Haven't had, don't know when they will, likely trickle in in the coming weeks.

Sorry you got bad info, but unless you can verify it first-hand, don't spread it on here cause it'll just waste people's time.

Just called again, spoke to the same girl named Jasmine. She confirmed they still have some. You are spreading misinformation or you have the wrong store. To be clear, its the Mission Viejo, CA store. There is a Mission Valley store in San Diego. Maybe thats who you called?

Let's face it. It's Apple who are pushing 'misinformation'.

I've been told all sorts by them. I've personally given up on the new MacBook. I'll wait for v2 now.

Just called Hillsdale, CA store.

They have them on display, none for sale, and he didn't know when they start selling at the store, saying "check back online for status."
