I'm convinced this thread is making the wait times worse lol I at all times have this thread and apples site open in safari. I think I just need to relax and forget I ordered it. It will come.

Well frankly my excitement has died down a little lol, which I actually think is good because when I get it i'll be in awe all over again.
Also, i think it is a little messed up if apple really doesn't go in the order the machines were ordered, for the same model types.
That said... I just want my computer!!!! lol 😀
Also, I bought a wrapsol protective skin and a rickshaw skin.. you get any accessories to protect this puppy?
I've only ever used a zagg for my device protection needs. I have never used the wrapsol or rickshaw(never heard of that)
I will be ordering my superdrive, TB to ethernet cable and a usb 3.0 card reader on amazon soon. (i use compactflash for my photography)

I think we are still updating it. I did when mine changed, looks like some others are too.
Nooo, it's not dead! Think of us that are in the 3-4 week-waiting-game. I'm checking the spreadsheet once a day maybe 🙂
I'm convinced my order is broken.. I have been staring at the "processing bar" for a week now..in the back of my head I'm thinking that it's bugged out and not really processing... Just sitting in forever limbo.. I would be so much happier if they just charged me for it now and put it in "preparing to ship" for another week..

Wonder how much bearing your country has on it? I expect the US to get priority but what about everyone else? I guess it's only economical for Apple to ship full pallet loads - and being air freight I doubt they can just put an extra couple of boxes on top of a pallet so could we have to wait until they have a full pallet for the UK (in my case)? Or maybe they treat all EU orders as one and split by country once over here?

Just moved to "Preparing to ship" within the last 15 minutes...ordered base config appx 8pm CDT on June 11. Still don't see a pending charge on my Barclay Apple account. Had not added to the spreadsheet due to all the turmoil surrounding it.
