Getting closer. 8pm CDT went around mid-afternoon. Now 8:30pm rolling out. Still another 30-60min down the queue for me. Still looks like I can make it later tonight.
When do you guys think the preparing for shipments will start to ship out? it is monday in china... so i would think they would ship them by the end of the day there
2.3 GHz / 8 GB / 256 GB with gigabit ethernet here. Ordered Jun. 12 with estimate at Jul. 2 - Jul. 9.

He was saying that people that ordered at 8PM on 6/11 got their orders updated earlier today, and people that ordered at 8:30PM are getting their updates now.
PSilocin ordered at about 9:00 - 9:30 PM on 6/11 and is expecting his order to update soon!

I think the people smart enough to track down the flights were also smart enough to order within 5 minutes and get 5-7 day shipping 🙂 so they are all busy elsewhere on the web using their shiny new rMBP.
What's the point of tracking the plane flight? We get a FedEx tracking number with a estimated delivery time. Don't see why you guys want to go as far to track the plane it's on. In the end it's going to end up on your doorstep the day FedEx says it will or a day earlier if you're lucky.
Well then what's the point of using fedex tracker? Apple will give you an delivery date when it ships out.. Actually we might as use the apple est. delivery date on our orders...

Just make note that he's from Portugal. Some shipments are bound to go there and the queue might not be as long as it is in other countries.
