Macbook Pro 2012 Order Status thread (all models)

For those who are heading to the U.S. but have been sitting in Shanghai for the past few days looks like we're about to leave in an hour and a half half hour or so on FDX28 :D

Still sitting at this point. Looks like it'll be June 5th for me.
Paid for 2-3 day shipping.

Thanks, hope you get yours soon. As far as sharing goes I think its going to be impossible for anyone to get that bad boy out of my hands for even afew seconds, at least for the first few days. :p
 
Same connections since China.
Seems like we got stuck an extra day and a half in China and got routed to Japan instead of direct to Anchorage.
And last night after we landed in Anchorage, I thought we caught that flight to Memphis and should be in Memphis this morning.
Don't know why, but we seem to be getting stuck an extra day at every step in the journey.
Oh well, hopefully by Friday at the latest.

My 2.6/16/768 shipped Sunday is already in Austin (where I live) as of 5am this morning)

It's not scheduled to be delivered until Friday. What are the chances it will be delivered today?

Edit: nevermind. I called and it will be here in 1.5 hours. Stoked that it is coming so early!

I received my rMBP 2.6/16/512 yesterday. I ordered on the 14th @ 9PM PDT with a estimated delivery of July 12th - 18th. It changed from Proccessing to preparing to ship exactly 2 weeks to the Minute. From there it changed to shipped about 4 hours later with a FedEx dealivery estimated for July 3rd before 10:30am. For anyone who's package seemed to have stalled and is stuck at in transit don't worry, mine arrived in Memphis directly from China on the 29th and was stuck in transit from Memphis for 2 days. Then all of the sudden it showed on Monday at around 5:50am PDT that the status changed from in transit from Memphis to in transit from Los Angeles. I thought for sure I would not get it on Monday since it still had to get to the local sort facility about 30 miles away, get sorted and put on a truck. Sure enough 3 1/2 hours later it was delivered to my office.

I'm working on transferring from my 2009 Macbook Pro so I have not played with or really used the computer that much but I will say, the screen is beautiful but what is most impressive is how fast this thing is. I'm talking FAST! When transferring from my 2009 MBP to an external hardrive it took about 2-3 hours to transfer about 55GB. From the external to the rMBP it took 9 minutes.

Good luck to all and I will talk with everyone on the next major release.

I'm guessing you should get an update within a couple of hours. Edmonton is a little further, or it might still be too early to start (time wise, considering they had the day off yesterday).

I hope so, it's 8 am now. Today is going to be a long day especially if it comes near the end of the day.
 
June 12th, still processing..... Better ship soon to make the July 9th-13th expected delivery. Definitely taking the 4 week part of the 3-4 week wait time.

Did you pay for expedited shipping? I did... I've also spoken to Apple twice. They just say be patient and it will come. I filled out a survey they emailed me and said my issue was not resolved. Apple called yesterday and left a message telling me to call if I have more questions but that I was scheduled for delivery on the 5th.

I'll call them back today and report here.
