I think most people are having theirs shipped to them by the first quoted week (e.g. If you were given 3-4 weeks, then it would definitely ship by the 3rd week). I guess I'm just unlucky because my 3rd week has come and gone and it's still in the processing stage.

If it makes you feel better, I'm a 2.6/16 that has a similar ship range as you and I haven't shipped yet either. I do have a base model at home, but we've decided to make that the family computer, so I'm waiting on my office baby.

I was quoted 3-4 weeks on a June 16th order and I'm quoted a 16th - 20th delivery.
July 7th is exactly 3 weeks from June 16th, and July 14th is a week later. All three days are Saturdays. I chose the 2 day shipping.
Assuming Apple and Fedex only ship on weekdays, shouldn't my estimate be the 11th - 20th and not 16th - 20th?

I'm not one who finds comfort in knowing that there are others who are in the same situation as me. I would not wish this misery upon anybody, but I guess it's nice to have someone who shares a similar pain to talk with on the forums

How is possible, that I ordered 22 June and EST is 3-4 weeks and delivery window is 25-31 July... isn´t it 4-5 weeks?!

Hi all... first post, first Mac.
Ordered a 2.7/16/768 w/ priority shipping on 6/14 which put me in the 7/12-18 group.
Received shipping notification 6/30 with an estimated delivery date of 7/6.
Was super stoked about the about early shipping but my order has been stuck "In Transit" in Anchorage since 7/2 2:48pm. The worst part is that I live in Anchorage and drive by the FedEx hangers every day.
I called FedEx this afternoon to get the scoop. The rep I talked with said this shipment was pending customs clearance and that the Alaska bound freight still needed to be pulled from the shipment before the rest proceeded to the lower 48. He said the division that handled bulk shipments (LTL?) was closed for the 4th and that I'd be better off calling them Thursday morning for an update.
Hope I'm wrong but sounds like the rest of you on this flight might be delayed another day.
Anyways, stay strong... the wait will be worth it.

Is it to much to ask to have the base model in my hands like a week after payment im not ask I give you an inappropriate sum of money and you give me a extraordinary pice of engineering brilliance within a reasonable amount of time ?
11/768er back in for a a quick report. The Apple rep I spoke to on the phone stated clearly to me that the laptop will ship before June 9th, not within the 9th-20th delivery window. I understand its ridiculous we seem to have been shafted on the wait times but given the fact that we were quoted the 3-5 week window straight from the beginning, I'm not going to raise a stink unless the 9th passes and I'm still stuck in processing.
Yep! Same here. No movement on an order from the 21st. I don't expect anything for at least two weeks. Hoping by then I see some 'preparing'.

Seems to me like you are being given the Korean knock-off version of the rMBP as punishment for creating the spreadsheet, and thus being the catalyst for all of the angry phone calls Apple had to receive by customers who were wondering why those who have ordered much later were getting theirs first.

I live an hour from Oakland. I wonder if it weren't for July 4th, would I have received my rMBP 2.7GHz/16GB/768GB.
