Same! Don't see it coming for tomorrow as expected by Apple and more likely Friday like UPS says! - Oh well, at least we will get them for the weekend!
We do know Samsung is the supplier of the ipad retina displays.
Or freight got combined in Korea to be shipped to amsterdam (saw initial load in was in China).
Or Samsung delivers retina displays too for the macbook and assembles too.
Foxxcon was to outsource anyway.

I had to join the site just too gripe...
Don't feel too bad guys/gals...I bought my Custom order about 1.5 hours after the retail site came up on the 11th and I have been stuck in processing since
2.7g/16/756...no end in sight ugh I would have figured that there would be a shipping priority for those who bought first, but judging from this site thread that is simply not the case
My Delivery is estimated July 9th-20th if it doesn't ship some time today there is no way I see it on the 9th. I also tend to believe it won't even ship this week...WTF I know the custom jobs take a little more time but holy hell this is silly

Just posting for (hopefully) the last time in this thread... 2.7/16/768 ordered on 6/11 5 PM EDT, prepared for shipment on 7/1, shipped 7/2, delivered to my home in northern VA yesterday (7/3), and I'm typing this reply on it right now.

Just off the phone from apple cs and it turns out that trying to lie about going away on holiday and that you need it b4 you go in a week doesn't work points for trying

i ordered a 2.7/16/768 a couple minutes after the online store went back up on the monday the 11th, Edu, 3 - 5 week ship estimate, Jul 10 - Jul 23 standard delivery estimate, to hollywood, california, still at this time showing 'Processing Items'.
i called a little over a week ago to ask about the gift card which was completely past it's delivery estimate and they told me to 'give it another week and it should show up'. a week and a half later and still no gift card. (worse, 24 days after ordering and my rMBP order is still 'Proccessing' despite identical orders days after mine already being 'received'.) in the same call to apple about the missing gift card they bumped the rMBP to expeditied shipping, giving me a a Jul 9 - Jul 20 delivery estimate. big f-n' deal, from July 10 to July 9....
no one likes being at the front of the line and having people at the back of the line getting served first... but this is not limited to the online store... i go to the apple store to pick up a tb/ethernet and tb/video adaptor. i go towards the back center of the store and wait for the next rep, a couple minutes later and 3 more people are standing in line behind me. a couple more minutes later and a rep, a scruffy looking skate-punk with plaid short-pants and a rose tattoo'd on his calf finally comes away from a group of reps talking by the genius bar. he walks right up to the guy behind me and asks if he can help him. "what, like i'm invisible!?" i say, as the guy behind me is shrugging and gesturing towards me. the rep says "oh, well, i saw him standing there" (wtf?!?) "and like you don't see me standing here!?!", "well, yeah but i saw you've been standing there for a few minutes." "gee, thanks for nothin, kid, now do your job and ring me up."

Delivered, the screen is amazing, no black chips, will have to test out the burn in and all that later Worth the wait!

Are you outside of the US? I hope so. Most have had their delivery around 10 - 1030am.
