Does anyone know how long it takes to get from Anchorage to Vancouver? Mine reached Alaska early this afternoon, I'm hoping it might arrive Monday - is this realistic? Or does Fedex shutdown completely on Sunday? Has anyone seen any movement on their packages on Sundays?

I believe your package will pass through Memphis first before returning to Vancouver. It will likely move on Sundays but not be delivered.

My 2.3/16/256 ordered on June 21 shipped today. Estimated delivery on July 19 to Oregon.

My email looks completely different. Must different for different countries. It only tells me the carrier but not the tracking number.
I had to click on the "track shipment" button, which is dead at the moment, to retrieve it.

After a friend of mine picked up one up locally, I called one of the Apple stores in Miami today and they confirmed they'd had a couple of the 2.3/16 models come in and disappear immediately.

So I called Apple up and asked what they could do for me cause it's kinda messed up I've been sitting at processing here for over 2 weeks and people are walking into stores or just buying the same thing online immediately via other sites. They updated me to expedited delivery. Nothing they can do about when it ships, but when it does, at least it'll get there a little bit faster. I get the feeling they're all going out 2-3 days delivery at this point, though. I haven't heard anyone in here say they had to wait a week to get it after it shipped.

My UPS status is no longer showing In Transit On Time. In fact, delivery date 7/17 By end of date is again removed.

I don't know why my rMBP has departed from Louisville twice and there is no update on the whereabout whatsoever except that it's no longer In Trainsit On Time.

hmmm ... I thought our rMBP are in the same shipment. The date my rMBP left from Apple is the same Jul 11, 2012 but the Received date is 2 days later than yours July 20, 2012.

Anyhow .. we can't rely on Apple's estimated deliver date it all depends on UPS now and it seems that it will be later than July 17 which is what UPS initial estimated date (at least for my rMBP).

I called apple customer service to check on my order from June 21 for a 2.6 ghz, 16 gb ram, 512 hd model..has been showing processing since earlier.. they informed me their site is down for maintenance until 6 am CST ... has anyone's order from the 21st changed status recently ?

Order page STILL down and when I try to do direct fedex tracking it says that my computer is still sitting at the shanghai facility *sighs* its been there for 21 hours with no movement.

Also, still not credit card charge. A friend is trying to convince me that it's because it's the weekend, but if it's not charged by mid day on Monday, I'm calling.

Seems really strange that they would ship it out and I still can't find the charge anywhere

That model is not a store stock model. Only 8GB available in stores for the 2.3 and the 2.6, except the maxed out system which few of us want to spend the cheese on.

Like iTunes etc, and because the purchase was pre authorised, I'm sure it takes a few days to show up on your account.

Please do you know where can I track my order? In Shipment status is not yet something like UPS/TNT tracking number. There is just some tracking number. Over expo.expeditors.com i just found its fly by china souhern Airlines 463 to Frankfurt. But I dont see where is the package right now. I looking for list like this:

It could be your computer went out to FedEx past the deadline, in which case you'll probably see movement on Monday. As for the charge, it won't show on your statement for a few days at least but you should see your available credit decreased.

I gotta say though once it hits FedEx for transit it moves quickly, at least on my shipment. Shipped out Saturday morning. already left Alaska early this morning.

I was hoping, the down for maintenance thing was because they miraculously starting building them faster....but alas, nothing changed.
