Macbook Pro 2012 Order Status thread (all models)

Amen... I am getting close

My credit card has been charge 10 minutes ago.... I guess I am close to finally see preparing for shipment... Order date: June 24th Retina 2.6/16/768 😀

Edit: just changed to preparing for shipment.

How come you know your cc is charged so quickly? I'm using RBC, the result and charge normally take 3 days to appear after the transaction.

I am using a Visa Gold, I go online and I see the most recent transactions as they come.
 
So, my journey is so near to being over

Ordered a 2.7/16/768 on the 20th of June as well as Applecare with a delivery estimated between the 20th and 27th of July

Status changed from processing to preparing to ship on the 12th of July then 8 hours later it moved to shipped

From the 13th until the 17th I could only follow progress via expo expeditors, with a status that listed both items arriving within an hour of each other close to 7.30am on the morning of the 17th at London Heathrow from China

In the last couple of hours (it is now close to 2am here in London) I was issued a UPS tracking number with the UPS site status detailing the shipment scheduled to be delivered sometime today (18th), 2 days ahead of its minimum delivery promise!

One interesting thing is that I did receive an email notifying me that as I had ordered the laptop and applecare there would be a process of merging both products to be delivered together, this may have added a little bit extra time to the shipping.... but not sure how long

So, fingers crossed I should be cracking open my boxes in the next 12-15 hours!

How long does it usually take to show up online？I can not see immediate update for transcations. I used my card yesterday, but it only shows transactions up to Jul 15. And what's your estimated delivery window?

If I make a transaction now, I will see it online tonight for sure. My estimated delivery date was July 25th to July 31st. You must be very close to see some action... Good luck

Has anyone used bill me later ..I placed order on apple website and was approved , and order shows all good , but Bill me now does not have that approval on record ...very strange ???

Retina MacBook Pro shipped earlier then expected

Just thought I'd let some of you know eagerly waiting for their new retina MacBook Pro that mine has just shipped a week early! Hopefully you're as lucky as me

If it helps I purchased the 2.3 base model with 16 gigs of ram
 
Mine is being delivered 3 days earlier than the earliest expected day but only because that original expected day was a Monday and now its delivered on this coming Friday.

Good for you but this pisses me off somewhat - I ordered on 6/13 and still waiting. Then again maybe yours came with a decent shipping company instead of ****** DHL - my MBP was shipping as of 7/12 after all, it's just DHL taking forever to get it here. Utterly unimpressed 🙁

For all of you obsessive Apple order status page refreshers, you might like this free dashboard widget / paid iOS app called Delivery Status: http://junecloud.com

The widget will automatically refresh every few hours and notify you via Growl when it finds an update to your order, and it will even send a notification to the iOS app if you buy it and sync with the widget. The developer is a really nice guy and I've been really impressed with this app. I've been using it for years to keep track of online orders.

Now if only my order status would change.......

great call out. I LOVE this app. been using it for a while now and it's fantastic. it's the only way I keep track of all the **** I order online. Nice thing is the iOS app and the widget sync.
 
After preparing for shipment earlier today it's now shipped via FedEx for a 7/20 delivery.
