How on earth you could move past my 25/6 order to Sydney with same specs beats me. Sucks, they said they would speed up my order because my original order on the 12th was cancelled when I found out the memory couldn't be upgraded.
 
I am really getting pissed off of Apple. Ordered via Reseller in Germany on 12/06/18 and phoned with them again today. they haven't got a single rMPB from apple since launchday. apple also told them, that they won't get any rMPB till august. now i know how apple was able to improve shippingtimes for orders done in there online shop. :mad::mad::mad:

Mein Freund hat bei FundK in Hannover bestellt und er musste nur 1 Woche warten.Guck mal bei idealo.de.Knapp 10 Tage musst du warten
 
I am so confused my order for 512/2.6/16 on 7/9 is still processing and the hold was taken off my credit card originally there was a small hold on the card from apple.com and it was removed but there is no charge on the card. Huh? help? this happen to anyone else?

that is ridiculous a bunch of people with that config already had theirs ship. I even saw one from July I feel for you that is crazy.
 
2.7/16/768 ordered on June 26th. Credit card was just charged and status changed to preparing for shipment :)
 
FedEx is just teasing me. Mine spent 24hrs sitting with them in Shanghai. :eek:

Ordered 2.3/16/256 on June 27. Still processing... but it appears some ordered placed in June 26th are shipping so maybe tomorrow will be my day!

Got my rMBP yesterday after exactly a month.

Advice to all: the wait is worth it. I was getting pissed towards the 3rd week, but it's all worth it when you first boot it up. This makes my old MBP's and Air's screen look like crap
 
Waiting....Again

Well, Ordered a 2.3/16/256GB rMBP on 06/16 at 10:00PM, Received it 07/06.
Didn't have too much time to use it but when I did I noticed that I had a Creaking issue.

Took it to the Apple Store. They re-torqued the screws and noticed the Speaker casing was a bit loose. Noise was better but re-appeared in other spots.

I Shipped it back yesterday and Apple issued a replacement order on 07/18) yesterday), 2-3 weeks with 08/13 to 08/16 delivery.

Unfortunately I might be away in August so might have to cancel the order if by some miracle it doesn't come by 07/31.

What's people's experience with replacement orders? Are they any faster?
 
This will be probably my final post on this thread. I ordered a rMBP on 6/21 with the 2.3/16/256 config. It shipped July 14 and was physically moved from the warehouse July 16. Now it's July 19 and I received the computer at 11AM. Almost waited a month! One of the longest months of my life. I know many of you are still waiting for their computer, but I must say. It's an AMAZING machine. I am lucky enough not to have any problems whatsoever with my machine.

I ordered a 2.3/16/256 on June 26th.

Some time last night/early morning today it changed to Preparing for Shipment.

This morning it changed to shipped at 8:41 am. I've got 2-3 day delivery.

I can't say that I've experienced any of that, though I still haven't actually used the power brick that came with the computer in the box. (Apple had sent me a second magsafe 2 brick out of courtesy when I called them wondering what what going on after no change in status 2 weeks after my order)
maybe I'll try that brick when my battery gets low later tonight.
 
Wasn't supposed to arrive until tomorrow, but looks like it's out for delivery already. 24 hours from china to my door. not bad.
