Macbook Pro 2012 Order Status thread (all models)

Mine changed to "Preparing for Shipment" this afternoon. Hopefully it goes out tomorrow, which puts it for delivery around the first day of the original estimate.

I ordered mine online: July 12, 2012.

Shipped on: July 21, 2012.

Received on: July 24, 2012 in Vancouver.

Do I hold the record for fastest shipping time?

Well I ordered the same day and mines still processing I would think so
 
That was fast, my July 19th base rmbp order shippied today (27th) and will be delivered by August 1st.

256 SSD
12gb RAM

My order status is processing
Shipping date is 3rd - 10th of August
Received an email from apple that my new shipping date is 3rd of August.

Here is my query, my CC had a pending transation for the purchase amount of the laptop, but suddenly there is no pending transaction or charge to my account??

Should I contact Apple or just assume everything is alright and the new shipping date is still valid?

Exactly the same for me. I credited my CC and now my CC balance is in credit :confused: I assumed Apple checked to ensure the transaction could be completed and ring-fenced the payment.

The exact same case as me, same order date, same email, will u let me know if you see a change in your order status? It really sucks that the item doesn't ship until the expected delivery date 3rd of aug.

I paid by cc as well, Apple reserves the purchased amount on your cc, I would call up your cc hotline or Apple just in case, to avoid delays if something went wrong with your transaction.

Update! My retina MBP was delivered today, not 40 minutes ago, i am in the process of transfering my files from the Time Machine backup.
So far no traces of lightbleed, dead pixels or pressure marks.
 
Clearance Delay

Well, mine is now in Memphis TN, with the fedex status saying it's in a Clearance Delay. Anyone know how long this lasts?

The delivery date is this Monday. It would be awesome if it got to Oregon before then! Amazing that the flight from Shanghai to Memphis took only a day. I thought it would be lost in the unknown for a few days.

2.6/16/512 ordered July 4th, delivery by July 30th.

I know everybody says this, but I didn't expect the screen to be this amazing. It is literally better than looking at paper. It's so incredibly sharp. My first mac experience is going well so far! :D
