Macbook Pro 2012 Order Status thread (all models)

I have a 2.3/16/256 that was ordered 7/23 go to preparing for shipping just now. I chose express shipping, and eta was 8/2-8/9.

My other one (same specs) I ordered on 7/14 with regular shipping, and FedEx says it'll be here on 8/2. Looks like they may show up the same day! Ironic.

Thursday may just be a wonderful day.
 
Hopefully I'll get mine on Monday (today) but worst case I'll pick it up on my way home Tuesday night.

Fedex does seem to move international packages during the weekend. If you go to Fedex's web page and enter your tracking number, you should see where it currently is. However, once it hits your country (US?), it'll have to go through customs, and I think customs only work during weekdays.

As it happened, FedEx didn't touch my package over the weekend except for a short transfer within China.

Mine has changed to "In Transit to Customer - Shipment on Schedule" since this morning.
Still no tracking number though.
Does anybody know how long this will take before it gets delivered? (Netherlands, Belgium)?

I ordered mine 7/22 and it's still processing items!! :(
 
I would like to ask anyone posting about a change in status, or a completed delivery, to please include their original order date, so we can get some idea as to how long the process took for that individual.

I know it's a little late now, but in late 2008 (First UniBody MacBooks) I tracked my package to it's destination sort facility. I got there just before they opened, and was able to talk them into letting me snag my computer. This was, however, in 2008, and for a $1600 computer vs $2600.

Early adopted they UniBody, and will be an early adopter of the Retina. Here's hoping it lasts me to the next redesign, like the UniBody MacBook did!

Did you get an email from Apple with a Delivery/shipping number beginning with an '8'? If so, go to the exp.o website I and others have linked earlier in this thread and check for any movement there. It should show your MBP's initial shipping from China to... likely Amsterdam before being assigned a courier (likely UPS or TNT) where you will also be assigned a tracking number.
 
My shipping has changed from August 3rd to August 1st! UPS, and its in London right now. Is there any way to get Apple or UPS to change the speed of delivery (for extra payment of course) :p

I don't think FedEx will really move your package on weekends -- though they may if you have expedited shipping..

Patience will pay off :). I ordered mine on 7/15 (2.6/512/16) and it prepared for Shipment Saturday AM, shipping later that day. Should arrive on Wednesday while I'm away on vacation :(

The flight from Anchorage to Memphis doesn't occur every day, I don't think. You'll get it in time, though.. Fedex works magic to get your package to you by the estimated date.

Well, one of mine has been delivered as of 9:32AM EST. The record doesn't show that is has been delivered yet, but FedEx sent me an email to that effect and I called home and it has truly arrived. It'll be a long day at work! :D

The other rMBP I ordered didn't make the cut-off on Friday, so I presume it's flying into Memphis right now? I hope it gets to the east coast today so it'll be delivered as well, tomorrow morning.

Mine (2.6ghz/16gb/512gb) is still processing after a week and an estimated ship time of 1-2 weeks.
