Macbook Pro 2012 Order Status thread (all models)

My MBP arrived in Alaska yesterday at 1pm so was hoping it would get here today. However, its status has not changed at all since it went back to "In Transit" at 3.

You're not in your shipment week so I would not expect a ship. The other poster blocked his ship dates for some reason.

Please post the shipping week date range. The 2-3 week or 3-4 week stuff is meaningless.

Apple has told you where you are in the queue with that date range.

I thought this spreadsheet was going to be helpful. I dont think it is worth anyones times if people are going to continue to screw with it

The only one who should be able to edit it is the owner of the whole document.

Sigh... people suck. Was just a matter of time before the roaches came out to play. If you could cull all the roaches, humankind could accomplish such amazing things. Fight entropy, don't contribute to it. Morons.
 
If anyone wants to fix it after I try to fix it this one last time, I have the backups.
 
why did people have to eff up the spread sheet. I thought the point was to enter your data and change the shipped date when shipped. stupid :mad:
 
Just got an alert from my credit card company that Apple just charged the $2079 for my order 2 minutes ago for order placed on the 11th with "Ships 2 - 3 Weeks" that they upgraded to 2-3 days shipping yesterday afternoon for free when I called in. (shows as Delivers Jun 29 - Jul 6 after that change)

apple.com still says "Processing" though.

Will keep you posted!
 
Oh wow! I just looked at my credit card and it seems that apple charged me $100 for the gift card for back to school >.>

Seems the spreadsheet is back. It's around 10am in China so I guess they will be pushing out some orders tonight.

Mine was apparently "technically" BTO even though I never knew it. When I called the representative and said that it was listed there as custom even though I have stock everything. But I did get a thunderbolt to ethernet adapter so maybe that's why.

But ya mine is a 2.3 ghz 8gb ram stock model
 
My MBP left anchorage, Alaska @ 7:58pm US central time and is now on its way to either Memphis, Tennessee or Chicago, Illinois. not sure which flight it's on.

It is why. The Thunderbolt GigE adapter comes in the black paper accessory pouch inside the rMBP’s box when ordered as an option on apple.com.

That's not for the gift card, just a tentative charge for your whole purchase since they wait until your order has been processed completely before charging your credit card the total amount. I, also, have a charge for $69 and $31.

BTW, it seems Apple is handing out free upgrades on shipping. I called today and inquired about upgrading my shipping. Without pause they upgraded it for free, though they said it really won't have a major affect on the time it will take to make it to my front door. In any case, it's just nice to see the shipping estimate shrink in my online order info, if only even by 2 days.

CAN'T WAIT MUCH LONGER! :D

First time poster, long time lurker. Hi :)

This is also a charge on my card. Is this normal?

Also, I don't have a hold placed on my Barclaycard for the price of the rMBP . . . should there be one? I rarely use the card and haven't kept up with the charges since I placed the order.
