This is my MacBook pro issue on display when showing black background, only when is totally black, is not noticeable in any other usage, just when screen is full black as showed. What can I do to fix this whitout new screen? (is non retina model late 2008 15'' MBP)

Could be a faulty display cable. It's a 9 year old machine so could be any number of problems. Either take it apart and start diagnosing things one by one or take it to a local repair shop and ask them to have a look.

Not worth putting money into a computer that is 8 years old.
If you can't fix it on the cheap, then it's time to start looking for a replacement.
If not new, perhaps an Apple-refurbished.

In the meantime, start keeping a current backup.
I'd suggest a cloned backup using either CarbonCopyCloner or SuperDuper.
