What was your timeline like? Which one did you order (low white, high white, black) and which did you get? Did you have to confirm any of the changes the upgrade meant?
Well, OP did say that when he was ordering the shipping said 1-3 days even with the upgrades selected. So time to look forward to every Tuesday.

i don't have an exact link one me, but i know that fry's was selling a PQI 2x2gb ram set for 69.99 dollars with a 20 dollar mail-in rebate (therefore 49.99)

Well because more than 1/2 of all threads are of those waiting for the next thing. If the MBP's are updated simply with a processor and perhaps multitouch, the next revision will be for the Montevina chipset. Folks will be waiting for that. Then after Montevina they will wait again for the next and the next and the next and the....
It's a good thing that I use the Higher Education store that isonly accessible from my university's network, because I'm so close to ordering a MBP, but hen again, the 15% discount is worth it. Hoping for upgrades to come on tuesday, will order the minute its online.
Actually, its up to $59ar right now, but OOS... Still an excellent price though with free shipping and no tax (in most states)

Well, I for one will be buying the minute the new MBP is available on the Online Store. All I'm looking for is a minor speed bump... I already have my 320GB WD Hard Drive on order to put in the MBP when I get it.
Same here. I will be buying through the HE store from my uni, and if I could order online from home, I probably would have done so by now
I too will be ordering the minute they are updated. I'm looking for 256mb VRAM on the base model, and a standard HDD bump (along with a speed bump). Though I'd REALLY REALLY like a move to the chicklet keyboard. I'm selling my macbook this week, and will be laptopless, so I'll be getting one when it's updated, no matter what the update is.
