weird ports

Has someone noticed that there appears to be 2 ethernet ports or 1 modem and 1 ethernet... Modem should be gone by now... Unless it's 1 ethernet and 1 FW800.
Any of those things sounds odd to me, I'm not calling this fake but it's weird.

What do you guys think ????????

I think this is real... which is bad.

I absolutely DESPISE the tap-to-click option. If you can physically press the touchpad, fine, but if not... that's a load of ****. I'm always accidentally clicking when I intend to move the mouse slightly to get to the exact pixel I wanted. How the hell will Pro users survive in Photoshop with that? Eugh.

Screen... I have a glossy iMac, and a glossy MacBook, and I don't really have a problem with either of them. If the screen reflects, you get brighter colours, which has advantages. At least with a reflection you know it's there... with matte, everything is a bit more dull than it should be.

The bezel thing though... gross. For an iMac, it's a good thickness. For a MacBook, it should be as thin as possible. Maybe it'll look better in real life.

Whether I buy a new MacBook relies completely on the ability to physically click.

The first pic is fake too.

Notice the side of the display cover. It's supposed to be aluminum but you can see through it because the power cable is showing right through what's supposed to be aluminum..

Look at it. It's got to be fake.

climb down off the ledge boys

come on boys - can you imagine Apple telling millions of MBP users that the matte option is no longer available? I would be SHOCKED if they did follow suit with current options - why would Apple expect current MBP users with the matte option to suddenly switch to glossy? The ONLY way they could do that is if they come up with some type of technology that ensured that glare would not be a problem, based on the picture however, I think we are looking at a MBP with the glossy option. I agree however, if they insist on going glossy, I'll run my current 2.4 MBP until the wheels fall off.

Engadget posts two photos of what appears to be the new MacBook Pro. The new Macbook Pro has a black bezel similar to the iMac. Also, of note is that there are no mouse buttons on the MacBook Pro trackpad.

There are said to be two NVIDIA GPUs inside, indicating both integrated and discrete graphics chipsets.

Why is it that everytime there are "leaked" pictures. They are always blurry and of very poor quality?

lol

i think that that is just due to the blurriness.

No, no. That "see through" part isn't real, it's part of the blurriness.

The part that gets me is its basically a straight on shot...yet look at the silver edge along the black bezel....its thin on the right & cascades along the left and is WAY too thick on the left side. You can SEE the Photoshopping along the top ridge. Rush job covered up by the blurriness, FAKE.

MBPs always seem to look better than the previous version imo and this one is a HUGE step backwards. The idea of 2 Nvidia cards is enticing and don't mind losing the trackpad button either...will be P.O.'ed about losing the FW 400 and possibly matte but all that adside, in terms of looks...this one is fugly! Looks like any ol' PC to me. Fortunately its a fake and we can find the real beauty "beastily" unleashed tomorrow. Hopefully its the "funnest" notebook eva!

It's not REALLY thicker on the left side...it just looks that way because it is blurry.
You can tell if you look at the entire picture, the right side is fairly clean looking, and the left side is all blurry. That's not just the laptop...that's everything in the picture. He must have just moved the camera while taking the shot
