Nonsense

Okay I have some breaking news regarding the mbp's - they will be shipping within 24 hours from the 10th April which will be the first day they are announced, the 15 will be i5 and the 17 i7 they are all usb3 and gone are the black keyboards which will once again be silver, steve never liked the black Buttons on alumininium - watch for changes to the remote in may too which will now be silver and white. April 10 = MBP Refresh.
One last thing ........ The iPad does have a camera repeat does have a camera (video only no stills)

You are talking nonsense, very few people would know facts about the new MBP's and no apple employee or similar would dare reveal anything like that. Just give up with that. 10 April is a Saturday too...

any chance of a 13" anti-glare?

I hate glossy, and have held on to my matte Pennryn MBP 15" for just that reason. I would love a 13" and am curious if others think that Apple will finally extend anti-glare options to all MBP models, Also, the return of silver keys would be awesome . . . I've never been a fan of the whole black keys and screen borders on mac thing.

Anti-glare means less contrast, and you will get vast expanse of light when facing sunlight. For glossy, it is easy to fix: just adjust an angle to avoid light source.

It's really not that easy. Changing angles isn't always practical. Most pros are more than happy to put up with the lesser contrast that matte overs in exchange for its truer colors. More vivid does not necessarily mean better.

All I'm going to say is when the MBP is refreshed I hope the price stays the same or gets lowered a little. I would imagine these new chips cost more than the C2D's. I know so many people would be livid if they jacked up the price for the 2010 MBP.

yea, im really worried about that.

From what I understand these new chips are more powerful, but also cheaper. So in that case, the prices should remain the same or drop.

Really? I haven't heard that yet. If they do increase the prices that would be a very poor decision on Apple's part given the current economic situation.

Here's the ad he's talking about: http://video.intel.com/index.jsp?auto_band=x&rf=sv&fr_story=192a8d3c80ba2063773af32ec3ba2ee85c829c7d

While his description of the ad is accurate, he might be reading a bit more into it than there is. ;)

Are you sure that it's Mac OS?
If i am looking at the same ad as you do (it's called Generations!?), I can hardly see what OS it is and I would rather say it looks like Windows...

And I think the silver Laptop also does NOT look like an MBP...
(But perhaps we're looking at different ads!?)

The very last laptop. You can only see the screen via reflection. It's clearly OSX.
