Makes sense! It's so sleek.They stopped selling them basically once they discontinued the Space Gray iMac Pro, earlier this year. I remember there was some news about this... Ah, found it. I agree with you, really like the look of it, especially if you have the Space Gray MBP. Can still pick them up from other 3rd party retailers who still have stock though.

You can always delete what you don’t want to keep. I originally thought to setup as new but the realized passwords, etc would carry over so I did a time machine backup after I got rid of the things that I didn’t want to carry over. I did have to confirm the cards in Apple Wallet though but everything else was perfect.

Yep, if I leave the brightness at 7 bars, I'm fine, once it goes under 7 bars, I lose my 🤬 and my OCD kicks in. 😂

Not if you delete them off your current Mac. However, if you are going to keep the old and want to retain it on that machine, you will have to go through the headache of repopulating whichever of the new M1s you decide to keep.
It is possible although not guaranteed. If your card hasn’t been charged yet, have you looked to see if an Apple store near you have the configuration that you want?
I got one for myself and one for my mom. My mom saw me staying up super late spending time in here. She saw that I was not sleeping so she decided chip in to support me.
The good thing is... She told me I can have choose either color. Space Gray or Silver. The choice is mine.
