Apple used to offer a free Silk Microfiber cloth but it looks like they eliminated that long time ago Also, the cord too. I really do miss this. Apple is saving mad money eliminating those things. I wish in 2021, the set up would look like this. Instead we have to buy stuff individually. Heck, we’ll be lucky if our boxes are shrink wrapped by next year.

Yes, I highly recommend dBrand.🥰 I’ve tried several from different manufacturers and have always come back to dBrand. They also give you the option of purchasing the separate skins… top, bottom, palm rest and trackpad.

I usually try to have them so that as soon as the new 💻 arrives, I immediately apply, but with the new form of the 14 and 16” I guess they had to reconfigure. They also have the skins for the iPhone and iPad.

return date or not, not settling for a refurb, I don't want to return it though, can't be bothered, consumer law is pretty good here, we get 3 years warranty on MacBooks.

I just think that’s what you are going to end up settling up with. If you choose not to keep the 14” or 16” then you are definitely going to get the MacBook Air with white bezels, LOL!

Same with the cord. I have a few of them, one that has prongs for Thai electrical outlets. Observant types think I’m local.

I would call Apple right away and find out. Here is Apple Inc. internal phone number. It directs you to Apple management team directly.

They have more power and more control. They should be able to help you out and let you know what’s going on. Let us know what happens and keep us posted. Good luck

This monitor is why I downsized from the 16” to the 14”. It’s so luxurious I barely use the laptop screen while connected. The 14” has as much screen bandwidth as the old 16”. It’s an experiment, fingers crossed….
