I would complain and ask if they can expedite the order if at all possible. The error wasn't your fault and they should honor the stated price or at least adjust the price that you were charged, not cancel your order. Keeping fingers crossed! ?An error in the price (education store)

Thank you. I’m very happy with my MacBook Pro. But this year it has been a very expensive year 😭😂It looks very nice. I wish my kitchen could be all white. It’s hard to maintain it! But super clean. It’s refreshing! Especially with that 💻 sheeeshhh!
Cool, their "local dispatch" will contact me "at some point today, I don't know when" so after they couldn't be bothered to ring my doorbell I now have to be on call to them all day after rearranging my morning to make sure I was home.As if taking two weeks to ship my laptop wasn't enough, UPS just "attempted to deliver" my laptop without ringing my doorbell so now I'm in the customer service rat-hole trying to get them to fix their mistake. No idea what happened to my order. The arrives by window has been Nov. 6-19 since the beginning as I placed the order 15 minutes after the Keynote. There are three 16" MBP on this order. A 16" Max/64/2TB shipped a couple of days ago, and last night I got an email about the other two 16" Max/64/1TB.
"Due to an unexpected delay.... will now ship on or before Dec 22, 2021"
I checked the order status and now the delivery window is now arrived Dec. 24-Dec. 31!
Anybody else have issues with the 16" Max/64/1TB model and getting pushed back?
It seems the most posts about delays and shipping problems are the M1 Max chipped units and BTO/CTO (custom) spec'd MBPs. Hope it improves for you all.That is the exact configuration I ordered on 10/20 & it is still "processing". If I were you I would call Apple immediately.

Apple doesn't care about or readily rectify mistakes they make. Trust me I've been the direct recipient of their malfeasance.
