What size screen MacBook Pro (2021) did you order?

UPS has seemingly lost my custom order MBP, has anyone suffered a similar fate?

After days of delivery windows slipping, it finally looked like it was coming last Friday... a day I would not be around my apartment. So I went online to redirect it to a UPS Access Point locker down the street from my apartment.

Only later did I find out that UPS WILL NOT deliver Apple products to access lockers and it was returned to the local dispatch, presumably to be redelivered to my apartment. But it's been two business days now and all I can seem to get out of them is that it "might be on a trailer" and it won't deliver till they open that trailer again?

It was the main customer care center. I do have a MyChoice account. The thing that annoyed me the most was it said out for delivery between 2 and 6 pm and then came around 11 am when I was out walking my dog.

My desk is an absolute nightmare mess right now so it might be a little bit, LOL. But currently getting everything set up, and re-learning how to use a mac, I haven't had one since 2010. I think it was running Snow Leopard by the end.

Wow! That’s a huge upgrade for you. You’ll definitely be blown away. Can’t wait to see what the final set up looks like.

After yesterday, the tracking said it would be delivered today between 11:15am-3pm. Today it said Thursday before 7pm, now it's back to "check back tomorrow for an updated delivery date". UPS can suck it. My original delivery window with apple ends tomorrow, I'm guessing I won't see it till next week. Apple's page has changed to next Tuesday.

I did get blasted with updates about and hour ago. It's apparently STILL just chilling in Shanghai. Damn it.

I'm probably on the same crate as you. This is BS.

Same exact problem as you both... I DM'ed UPS on Twitter and they pretty much said "we can't do anything just wait it out"... If it's still stuck in Shanghai by Friday i'm going to call Apple and ask them to call UPS to sort it out. My original delivery window was Nov 3-7 i think. Last time I had a problem like this was last year with iPhone 12 Pro Max preorder where UPS entirely "lost" my package (most likely was stolen in their network).

The charging issue happens when your battery is below a certain percentage and you completely shut down the MBP, close the lid and then connect the MagSafe. @LFC2020 ran into this issue where the indicator light on the MagSafe would continuously blink amber with a chime sound. Both would go away when the lid was lifted.

This ☝️ people are reporting it starts happening at 80%

Haven't tested it at 80% she was fine at 100% & 90% started happening to me at 70% 😠😐

Yes there is. It applied last weekend on Sunday. Currently it is 09:54AM. I’m hoping within 5-6 months we shall see a beta update? It’s also a Tuesday in USA.
