WOW, very nice! 😍 The abyss blue really isn’t that overwhelming. I think that it’s elegant and subtle. As I mentioned yesterday, if you just can’t get used to the color, you can exchange it at your Apple store—no receipt exchange. 😁

Hey everyone I’m gearing up to order a MacBook Pro and I’m just curious, has anyone seen 16” models available in-store since the initial drop? I’m gonna go ahead and put my order in to get my spot reserved but I would just like to know if I should still keep an eye out for store pick up or not. What time should I check in the morning?
My local Apple store has a few in stock. Also, Bestbuy does as well. although, they just have base models.
That’s fine with me. How base are we talking? I’m eyeing the 16” 10/32 Max with 32GB/1TB, the highest end standard config. I have to go through Apple so I can use my Education discount.

Keep checking Apple’s stock throughout the day. Doing that helped me score a launch day delivery while my pre-order delivery date was further out. Also, others have had success with BestBuy and Amazon if those two options are available for you.

I was able to pick up a base model 16" 512gb M1 Pro by checking around 6am local time. Also be sure to check the silver models to see if they have stock. I have about 10 apple stores in a 50 mile radius and the stock is fluctuating frequently.
Just like me! The thermal and battery life make the change, I will not use that power in graphics and I am not a MAC gamer, that's what the PS4 is for
I really, really love this 16" MBP M1 Pro I'm using. It's a temporary machine until my 16" 32GB 2TB M1 Pro arrives. I am so impressed.

Yup. Still stuck in ZhengZhou, China. Oh, well…Nov 17 (original UPS delivery date) was a tad inconvenient anyway. Not that I don‘t want delivery that day, just coming up with excuses for why it’s ok if it doesn’t arrive then. 🤪
Mine is stuck on "Cleared Import Customs" in Kentucky, has been for the past 2 days : ( Apple delivery date said Nov 17 so I guess I'll just wait till then.
Luckily the Apple Store didn’t ask for my power brick when I traded in my 2019 16 inch MBP, so I have a spare 96 W power brick and cable that should charge my new MBP via one of the Thunderbolt ports. No super-fast half hour charge but the price is right.
Don't know why mine's flying FedEx instead of UPS, but the delivery was updated from 11/23 to 11/18, still in shanghai, went with the max 64 2 config, old one is from 2016.
