I totally want GR to come out yelling at someone 🤣 they did have a t-shirt for sale at the pub “IT’S RAW!!”

Was seeing posts about iPhone camera/software processing issues. Haven’t noticed on mine. In fact the low light and zoom were fantastic at the concert last night. We were about 1/3 of the way back from the stage. Very nice, smaller venue setting. *edit: other photos/video isn’t uploading but from what I captures, I didn’t see any issues with my photos yet.
Nice! Looks like you had good seats.

I’m hoping so! The original shipping email that I received indicated priority 3-day shipping. Hoping it’s the same. Maybe by Wednesday next week.

When I left for my out of town yesterday, I faithfully wrapped the MBP in one of my bath sheets. 🤣 Made for a bulky transport, but I had it in its own bag so it wasn’t too bad.
Lol, I don't have the guts to wrap my MBP around the bath sheets as of yet. Just going to wait for the sleeve to arrive so it can all be covered. Your sleeve is almost home! So lucky.

My shipment from Lithuania via UPS Express ended up being 4 days. Not too shabby. It went from Lithuania - Germany - Louisville, KY - delivered. I had another shipment with UPS Express starting in Italy which took 11 days. So, like Vegas, sometimes it's in the cards. ;)

I couldn’t stop laughing for a few minutes when I saw how big the bundle turned out. Those bath sheets (towels) are bigger than I am. 🤣

I really hope that the sleeve will arrive soon. USPS has been sorely lacking over the past several months with deliveries. But it will be a relief when I can properly store and protect my MBP when traveling.

Haha! Right. It will. The good thing is you got a tracking number and now you can track it easily :) don't even have to worry about it anymore.

Shipping is too weird. Most of my overseas shipments are sent UPS/FedEx and usually arrive within 3-5 days… mostly. Shipping via USPS - no words.

When I have the option re domestic shipments and it isn’t too costly, I always try to arrange for express shipping through UPS/FedEx. I think that if USPS where to up their game, customers wouldn’t try to find alternate shipping methods.

Speaking of sleeves, I was going through the bag my sleeve came in, and it describes how it was manufactured. The materials and craftsmanship are pretty amazing. The leather came from Tuscany with a serialized certificate of authenticity. Cool. The Merino wool came from Germany, and the Crazy Horse leather craftsman and owner (Vladimir) hand assembled it. You can tell by the care taken with labeling, a description of how it was made, materials and packaging that there is a lot of pride with this business. Couldn't be happier ?

All caught up? Really? Lol just kidding! 🤪 I was 👀 you.

Glad to have you back there. The thread exploded! So many pages to catch up on so I totally understand. Hoping your Mac arrives early next week. It's long over due.

Yeah. It's nice to see this kind of care put into a product.
Can’t wait till my Sleeve arrives. Since they are already mad at me I wouldn’t be surprised if I get my sleeve all beat up… they’ll probably spit on it too, leaving all the marks/scratches. 😂 😂 😂

Not expecting the care. But you never know. I might be surprised.

I’m not sure where PicasoLab sources its material, but the techniques used in handcrafting each sleeve is amazing. I’m not sure if you scrolled down to the bottom of the home page, but it walks you through the process. Can’t remember if I received a fancy card, but I’ll check when it finally arrives.

I think they make a good product... just got overwhelmed with orders and didn't handle it the best. But it looks like a fantastic sleeve (and awesome colors!). 😌

Nah, any business worth its salt would not send you a handcrafted product that isn’t pristine. But use that careful eye of yours to thoroughly inspect it once it arrives.

Without a doubt!! It's good to see that craftsmanship and care put into manufacturing is still alive 🥳 I will always try and search out handmade products made with pride over mass produced stuff made with 'keep it cheap' in-mind. Good stuff.

Isn't that why we 💕 :apple: products so much? They care about making great products.

Thanks! I’ll inspect it thoroughly.

May need to send it to @LFC2020 so he can Inspect it as well 🔬

@beach bum Any news on your MBP skin? Care to share the design you selected?
Received a shipping notice from SopiGuard this morning but tracking shows Label Created. Maybe within the next 24-hours, I will have shipping estimates.

Just checked with dBrand and it's due to be shipped within the next 2-3 days.

At this point I don't care which arrives first, I can't stand fingerprints on the casing.
