I clearly stated I was doing a trade in of a 2019 MBP. However, most of the online trade-in sites want your power brick and will offer you less if you opt not to include it with a trade-in. Obviously if you are RETURNING something you need to include everything you got with the item; no one in their right mind would think that they could return an item without its power brick and get a full refund.

BUT, when someone asks you if you have reported the issue you are experiencing to Apple, you cannot say that Apple already knows about it because others have reported it already. 🤨
In the various threads, I am seeing less and less of people reporting their issues. At this rate, Apple will never improve.

To the OP. How are you turning on each Focus? Automated or manual? You can only have one Focus active at any given time so which one suffers from breakthroughs? Time based notifications have priority over a Focus so they will come through. Are you running automated shortcuts?

I do agree that Apple doesn’t need to rush out new software every year since there are always bugs. It would be better if they took the time to return to ’it’s all about the software’ practice.
