Yes. I am aware. Just curious the how and the what…simple thinking you would think the whole world is lining up in the same queue.

So it is surprising that some people get their product faster than the other. (even with the same specs) as the bottleneck now seem to be the RAM anything over 32 is 8 weeks.

Same queue until Shanghai Airport.....and then European macs go left and North American macs go right.
Also Europe is small and dense so many routes are possible once it is there locally.
Mine went from Shanghai pickup to delivery in Switzerland in under 3 days.

Well after 5 days of no information provided on my DSL shipment of a 16" MBP MAX SG 10/32/32/1Tb it showed up in Cincinnati, OH on Monday. Delivered yesterday (Wednesday) about 4:30 pm (Central Ohio). So from start (ordered) on 1 Nov to "in my hands" 31 days - really not too bad from what I see on the tread. Went over it with a magnifying glass (just kidding). It is all I expected. MBP M1 13" is packed up and awaiting transfer to FEDEX to go to Humble, TX for the trade in.

I was on the same path with my 16” M1 Max 32c 32GB 4TB | SG that I ordered on 11/12. It shipped and they gave an estimated arrival date of 12/7 until it got to Memphis with FedEx. Now it is on “Clearance delay - import” in Memphis and they have removed all estimates of delivery date!

Same exact process for me. It actually went out for delivery on Tuesday, Nov 30th. DHL said they attempted a delivery but no one was home (which was not true, someone was home all day). It did get delivered yesterday (Dec 1). I haven't had time to set it up yet, but excited to finally have it in my hands. Ordered Oct 29th.

Ordered on 11/1 Standard (like yours). Ordered at Vet Site. Only addition was Apple Care. Current estimated DEL date is between 11/26 and 12/3 - The original del date was about a week later but got reduced - Order is still in PROCESSING today.

@OAG7, any movement on your order? I'm still stuck on order processing... (16 10/32/32/1TB ordered on 11/02/2021)

Mine was also DHL. I didn’t see any updates until it showed up at the Cincinnati hub on the 30th lol. It was delivered yesterday to my friend, I’m sure you will see movement soon

Ok see I just called and it showed my package was still in Shanghai on the 29th and there are still no updates I mean, it seems like both of the computers should have been on the same plane.

This freaking sucks.

Well the Apple website says “out for delivery” and the FedEx website still says “DELAYED” and “Pending”…but then I scrolled down and saw it says it’s on a FedEx truck in Des Moines, IA. I live about 1 hour 45 min south of Des Moines. So it sounds like it may really show up today on the original arrival date. The 11/26 delivery date they switched to for a while was just a joke I guess. Just for reference I ordered it 10/26 and it arrived In Memphis on 11/24.

Mine seemed to arrive in Memphis on Friday, with an estimated delivery date of tomorrow. When I checked again this morning, the tracking history changed to the same “Clearance in progress” status overnight, now with a “Pending” estimated delivery date.

If it helps anyone else, I placed my order on Nov 8. My original delivery estimate from Apple was Dec 17 - Dec 24. That got bumped up to Dec 9 - Dec 16. But I’m also seeing Dec 6 in one place on the Apple Store app.

Mine appears to have left Memphis early this morning, landed in Chicago at 6:00 AM, and is on truck for delivery as of 9:30 AM. Delivery date still showing as pending. Apple Store app is still showing dates above, but I did receive a text from Apple that it’s out for delivery today.

Here’s hoping I get a call from the mailroom to sign for it…

Mine was in a similar status for 2 days before it actually started moving. But once it started moving, it traveled quickly. Took less than a day once it left Shanghai to arrive in Kentucky (where I’m assuming it’s awaiting import clearance right now) with stops in Korea and Alaska along the way. Hopefully clearance won’t take too long and they will keep my delivery date of tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

Mine was delivered today! Now to wait till I’m off of work….it’s going to be a looooong day.

Took about 2 hours to transfer data from the 13" to the new 14" MacPro using Apples Transfer utility.
And then about 10 min to update from the APP Store. The usual - pages, numbers etc.

I’ve seen it go from a week before the new year to Dec 9-16th with no further changes in over a month.

64GB memory on new orders now push it to February.

There’s clearly 1.5 to 2 month delay for that memory config.

Seen some 64GB orders from October 22 arrived for some people today so hoping there’s no additional delays and it comes sooner.

I ordered a couple of days before someone else I know that ordered a 14 M1 Pro with 32GB 1TB SSD and they already got theirs.

I’ve discovered my tolerance is tested with orders over 3 weeks to a month long, anything after that and I’m like come on and just ship a little early…

O.K.....this was unexpected; once UPS removed their (ambitious) Dec 3 delivery date from tracking yesterday, and replaced it with "yeah, we'll let you know when...." I figured my machine would mill around in Shanghai for at least a few more days lie so many others have experienced.

It's in S.K. now!! That's good, right? Light at the end of the tunnel if it proceeds as is typical these days? Tracking still doesn't provide a delivery date, but I wasn't expecting tracked movement when I just checked.
