My delivery date has said Dec. 16-23 all along without any movement
Good afternoon my friend!
I also ordered the same day as you for a 16” MacBook M1 Max from B&H with 64 and 2TB.
The forecast was also for December 16th. So far I haven't received it and I also think we'll stay until February 2022.
Today I received an email from B&H telling me that it has no forecast of arriving until the end of January. Very disappointed!
Any move or news from your MacBook?

Has anyone received units from B&H or Expercom?

I placed my order for a 16” Space Gray MacBook, 32-Core GPU, 64GB, 2TB on October 26th at B&H.
Scheduled for delivery for December 16th to 22nd, today December 27th I received an email that there is no more forecast to deliver me, at least until the end of January.
I'm very disappointed because on 12/26 it's been two months since my order and now I don't even expect to receive it anymore.
I understand the lack of supplies, but I don't know if B&H or Apple is the culprit in this case.
I've thought about canceling my order but I don't know what to do.
What is your opinion or news?
Thanks!

I ordered s 14" Space Grey Pro, 32GB, 1TB from Expercom on December 2. They said it'd likely ship in "3 to 6 weeks". Their site still says 3 to 6 weeks.

I'm not outside of that timeframe, but I'd sure like to know if it's going to be.

It sucks because they've already charged my card.

Donsell, B&H blames the delay on Apple. Honestly, if it's true you won't receive it until February or March. But I'd be glad to know if you got it sooner. Keep me informed! Big hug!

Oh no! bummer..ugh
Now the problem with me canceling with B&H is having to place another order and having to wait a lot longer to get my MacBook. At the time of the championship, I don't know if it's worth waiting for B&H or placing another order and waiting for Apple. My setup on Apple's website will come in late February or early March… Complicated. What would you do in my place?

cancel it, dispute, reorder apple, all solved!
I'm trying to maximize my purchase. With Expercom I got a discount on both the Pro and Applecare and am not charged taxes. But if I hear that no one has gotten orders from resellers I may bite the bullet and pay the extra.

I just received this email from B&H. But there were so many dates that I can't even believe it anymore!

frustrating!!!
Frustrating is right. I think I'm going to stick with my Expercom order as ordering from Apple at this point is the end of January to the first part of February.

I'm not in dire need right now, I'm just impatient.

6 Dec — Ordered and card charged
22 to 29 Dec — Delivery window
27 Dec — Status jumped from “processing” to “shipped”, delivery window unchanged

Package was sent via DHL Express, but origin is unclear. The trail begins and ends with DHL Express in Incheon (main airport serving Seoul). It was immediately “handed over to a third party” for delivery, DB Schenker Korea (I’ve never heard of them but my wife says they’re a well-known freight forwarder). I’m guessing it came from China like many people here are reporting, perhaps in a single bulk shipment before being separated into individual deliveries?

Based on experience with other packages arriving via Incheon, it would not be unusual to receive it tomorrow the 29th, or possibly even today (28th). Because I ordered it via the Apple store Korea (online), I don’t worry about customs; it’s considered a local purchase for me.

As frustrating as my wait has been, looks like I’ve had it easy compared to others who’ve been waiting on the edge of their computer seats for many more weeks longer than I have.
It arrived! Lunchtime on the 28th. So it actually did meet the delivery window, just barely.

I placed my order for a maxed out 16 inch MBP on 21 November 2021. Since then it still says 6-8 Weeks. When do you think I will see an update?

That's awesome, man! Glad you got it so soon after it was shipped. Enjoy!
Yeah, awesome indeed. Interestingly, the package was delivered were by the post office. I don’t know how this DB Schenker shipping company was involved. Maybe Apple has a contract with DHL Express who has a contract with DB Schenker, who then contracts the delivery With the post office?
