I have not! But I do know the new Apple polishing cloth does not look like that. It’s way more premium then that. I’m pretty sure, Apple designed it themselves too.

My BTO 14" has always said "arrives Nov 5 - Nov 10" but (not so) secretly wishing it bumps up a week :/ oh this torturous wait...
Honestly, the sleeve I just ordered is the best looking sleeve I have ever seen. I’ve been a Mac user for over 10+ years. It’s hard to find any good ones. The one that I ordered looks very authentic. I hate the zippers one because you are dealing with the metal and that can potentially scratch the Mac. The zipper can also act up. Just don’t want to deal with it. Give me microfiber and leather material we are good. No scratches guaranteed!

Any idea when 3rd party resellers (like B&H) will be getting M1 Pro Macbook Pros to ship? They are accepting orders, but of course they show "back ordered" status. Apple says they will be showing up in Apple Stores next week, etc., but do resellers get a bulk allotment or are they last on the list?

Apple used to use iKlear in retail & from my experience with both I think it may be a touch better.

I have the exact configuration with the 11/18 - 11/26 date lol. It's too long, but I initally spec'ed it with 32GB for a 10/26 delivery, but if I'm going all out, I might as well go 64GB and wait 3 weeks...

But I have been debating with myself if 16GB RAM would be enough with Xcode, Android Studio and Parallels open at the same time. The answer is no. And I want to avoid buying a new MacBook in the next 3 years.
So I went with an 16” M1 Max, 10 Cores, 32 GPU cores, 32GB RAM and 1 TB SSD. I got a 5% ING (that’s a bank) discount at Amac (APR in Netherlands). I can deduct 21% VAT in January because I am self-employed.
I have no clue when I will get it, but I assume somewhere between 4-6 weeks. Yes, it’s a long wait. But it is better for my sanity and I will be very happy once this amazing machine will be in my hands. And my brothers gets his 16” MacBook on Tuesday, so I can get to play with his MBP sometimes while I wait.

If your delivery window is Nov 17 to Nov 24, when does the item move to "preparing to ship?" (I mean, generally.)

That was the Apple specialist's suggestion since she couldn't update the payment method (it changed to PFS this morning). Mine is BTO which makes it more complicated and I have to get it online for the installment plan. She said you have until Nov 9 to return it

Correct. It should move to preparing to ship ~5 days before the ship date. If it's a stock model it might be sooner to the ship date
