How 'bout "painting" one a different color with a Sharpie?mrichmon said:So, I've been dealing with this problem of having to be very careful which power adapter I use with my Powerbook since we have two apple power adapters in the living room... one for my powerbook and one from my girlfriend's TiBook. The Powerbook adapter is 65W whereas the TiBook adapter is 45W.
I've been hoping that Apple would straighten things out and have the power adapter for the MacBook be the same as the power adapter for the MacBook Pro. Alas, it is not to be... MacBook adapter: 60W, MacBook Pro adapter: 85W.

Very impressed that a 2GHz CD is available. Just a shame there is no option for a better graphics card - the specs almost seem a bit unbalanced. But I guess Apple don't see the need for a small pro machine.

bluedevil14 said:is it just me or does the keyboard look funny? It looks like the keys are much more spaced out then the 12 inchers. Is this due to the wider display and there fore wider space the key board needed to cover?
JasonD said:KB is a bit different. The keys do not touch each other like the iBooks KB. It feels a bit nicer I suppose, but not as good as the Apple KB on my Mini.
Overall, it's a more "professional" feeling laptop -- more like a MBP than an iBook.

Is the Macbook brick (60W) smaller than the ones for Macbook Pro? How is it compared to the powerbook bricks?
iJed said:............................Anyway, other than these two gripes, I'm fairly impressed with the MacBook and its price. It doesn't seem anywhere as near such a poor deal as the Mac Mini Core Solo is.
I calculate it to be 11.3"x7.1" (from a 13.3" diagonal)daschim said:Does anybody know the exact srceen size width/height??

the power brick is definitely smaller than the MBPs
wonder what would happen if someone sticks in the MBs power brick on to the MBP?
