MacBooks AND MacBook Pros?

The macbook pro was also updated in november of 2007

Everybody says the MB won't be updated cause it was already updated in late 2007 but so was the MBP!!

The macbook pro got a speed bump and HD size increase as well as a couple of other minor fixes.

The MB got a memory increase and processor bump(SR chipset).

Those are built to order options. The base configurations have been left unchanged since the beginning of June, 07.

I would really like to see an aluminum macbook with a lower BTO ram price...

Installing RAM and a bigger HD are VERY easy to do on the Macbooks. Why pay Apple's prices for BTO RAM or HD?

I did both and saved alot compared to what Apple wanted to charge.

I don't think so. Price will either drop or stay the same.

I doubt it, Apple's been pretty good about keeping the same price points on new releases.

I would be happy with both being updated, but for some reason I doubt it will happen. However, an update to both the MB and MBP could take some attention away from the rumored delay to the SDK if it actually delayed.

I was actually just about to post the same thing. They will do something similar to when they announced the TV software update Delay. Release something or multiple things, and then in the statement also write "And we need some more time on the SDK, look for it in another 2-3 weeks" or something to that affect.

Nah... Usually the store goes down around 630 AM and comes back around 830-900 eastern time.

Doubtful, Apple would only accept what was bought in their stores.

I would think taking the receipt in with the whole package would help give you a store exchange at the least

Thanks for the reply, I hope that works. It sounds like they would, but being a mac reseller I am unsure how they work it.
