I downloaded Mojave beta 2 and used dosdude1 patch and everything is working perfectly on early 2011 MacBook pro 13" including the new apps such as news, stocks and voice memos. can't see any reason why apple didn't support 2011 macs other than them wanting people to buy newer hardware which they don't actually have any MacBook pros that are worth buying.
Any hope to make Mojave render UI with open GL/CL or changes since public beta? I feel like idiot now because I gave my old MBP 13 2011 to my mom for web surfing due to it's much slower than iMac 2010 i'm using.

Wasn't that always the reason for everything Apple did? cutting of software support for capable machines always was, with very few exceptions, artificial. Actually 2008-2009 Macs run alot better with sierra/high sierra, el capitan felt sluggish in comparison

Nothing new there, Apple just followed their holy 'Obsolescence' rulebook...
Only Snow Leopard was the most dropping release before mojave (and remaining to be). BUT... Snow Leopard had no features other than it was faster than Leopard on supported machines, so there was no reasons to have it or die. Mojave lollies actually don't require Metal. We have stacks for 10 years, but now Apple just added 'em do desktop. We've been asking for dark mode since shapeshifter themes dead with Leopard. Most other features don't need metal too. Mojave is what High Sierra should be since it has very few changes and that's what pi***ng most people off. So abcdefg12345 is right – they just want people to buy new Macs for eyecandies.

Although it is particularly hard to take with the excellent Sandy Bridge CPU's there is no getting away from the fact this hardware is seven years old which is a more than reasonable life span and has been compatible with Snow Leopard, Lion, Mountain Lion, Mavericks, Yosemite, El Capitan, Sierra and currently High Sierra. I would say thats a more than fair run of support.

I tried on my mac book pro 13 (mid 2009), but for the moment I get only a panik kernel at boot time ..... I attach photos hangs on the loading of the brodcom 4331, I think it is them the problem ... ... I do not know .... I'm checking ....
Does anyone know how to stop random crashes on a 2011 MacBook Pro (6,2)? I noticed when I use safari while in dark mode it crashes no question and when I use rather light or dark it will work fine then I do one minor thing and suddenly an unexpected shutdown.

2011 but it says 6,2 in the post install tools. What do I do to solve these random crashes ?

I've successfully installed Mojave public beta on my 2011 MBP 13", following this tutorial - #1122
There is some glitches, though:
1) In light theme mode status bar is not showing properly (dark grey)
2) In dark mode everything seems to be ok, except the menu borders and LCD font smoothing (maybe it is not optimized for non-retina mbps from 2012 and mb airs?
3) Some actions have lag (closing picture viewer window, opening Finder)
I presume it is because the system is in beta state. I will wait for golden master or even 10.14.1.
As far as Xcode 10 works on High Sierra, I will stay here)

Does your latest Mojave Patcher app download the up-to-date developer beta 2 or the public one? I ask since I'm planning to install from scratch to a new unsupported sandbox - MBAir 13" mid 2011.

I’ve created a USB installer with the patcher from dosdude1 on my mid 2010 MacBook (I know it’s unsupported but I wanted to try to get as far as I could.) but I can’t use my trackpad or external mouse in the installer. I have copied a couple KEXTS but it still doesn’t work. These are the KEXTS that I copied:
- AppleBluetoothMultitouch
- AppleHIDMouse
- AppleHIDKeyboard
- AppleInputDeviceSupport
- AppleMultitouchDriver
- AppleTopCase
- AppleUSBTopCase
- AppleUSBMultitouch
I guess there's no hope for my MBP 2008 (5,1) getting Mojave huh? Oh well, it had a good run.
Right now, it will ONLY boot on Core i based machines. It will NOT work on any Core 2 Duo based systems.

6,2 is a Mid-2010, NOT a 2011. The random crashes are happening due to the nVidia GPU, which will hopefully be worked out soon. As I mentioned in the initial post, Mojave Patcher should be used ONLY for testing at this point, NOT as your main OS.
The installer boots on my machine (Unpatched one does as well with no compatibility check in the NVRAM.) but the input devices (Internal and external.) don’t work.
It will download the latest Public Beta, which is the same as the latest Dev Preview.

If it actually boots, you'll need IOUSB* kexts from 10.13 to get USB working.
So that will work for an external mouse and keyboard right? Is there a way I can get my laptop’s trackpad and keyboard working?
That will get both working. Internal are connected via USB as well.
Edit: Oh wait, you're booting the installer. Adding kexts to that won't change anything, as prelinkedkernel will need to be rebuilt, which can't easily be done with the installer. I'll do some testing in my MCP89 machines, and if it actually works, I'll add official support to the tool. I'd advise waiting until then.
Oh, alright, should I remove that KEXTS that I already copied or not (are they needed I mean)?
Update: Just saw your edit, I’ll wait for you to finish your testing. Let’s hope that this’ll work.
