Yes run the post install patches, remember to select your model of mac from the drop down click patch then reboot
give a while and cross your fingers. If that doesn't work then erase the disk install Mojave again, do the post install patches etc and reboot.

yes it worked until the patch 1b2, now in version 1b4 does not work many more glitches

No issue here. It works for macbook7,1. The acceleration is not related to the patcher !

Then you should tick the checkbox for legacy video card.

That has an AMD video card. As stated on the OP, even with the Legacy Video Card patch, you will not get acceleration.

It'll work if you have the AMD video card disabled.

After I install macOS Mojave I went and applied the legacy video patch on my iMac 9.1 I got transparency on the desktop for a few seconds then my iMac rebooted and had to reinstall Mojave again this time I left the force rebuild cache unchecked and my iMac booted a bit faster and the graphics are better with just the wallpaper
