This already exists. Go to a user's profile page, click on postings, scroll to the bottom, click on "Find all threads by *****".
How nice that you've got a Retina display there @arn! I'm currently using several hacks to better utilize the pixels on mine when browsing MR. Perhaps these could be added as features?
- Perhaps this is a bug. Of course, it could also just be how it works. I started writing a response on a thread. I decided not to post the response. Now every time I visit that thread, the text that I entered as an intended response (but never posted) shows up in the reply box as if I had just written it. Is there a way to clear that? I've been able to make it go away by closing down my Firefox browser, and then reopening it and visiting MacRumors. To me, that seems like a drastic step.
As to your first question, I believe that is standard behavior for XenForo. I frequent many other XenForo forums and this behavior happens in all of them. I'd like to know how to clear that as well. Two things.

- Can we get a REPLY TO THREAD link at the top of the thread? In a case like this thread, in order to post a comment, I had to scroll down through 25 messages to get to the REPLY box.
Specify original poster in thread.
This is where Tapatalk really shines. I wasn't aware that Safari could do push notifications.I'd like to request the option of receiving MacRumors forum alerts as push notifications.
Add automatic post merging for consecutive posts. We had this in the old software where a member would post 2x, it would automatically merge the posts.
Since I was tired of waiting for this feature, I wrote a script which brings it back:I'd like to see some highlighting of the OP in the thread. Its helpful especially in long threads to see that the person responding is the OP and addressing what ever posts. It helps with the flow of discussion and makes things easier to see that he's the OP.
"unintended bug" more like unintended feature... A delete button on one's own posts, even one that expires after the first 5 minutes, would be a very useful feature to have. We've been experiencing some glitches in the UI which has caused issues. I've updated the posts above, so as they do not derail the discussion since they were caused by an unintended bug.
… I can share it …
… down …
Well, people do use desktop browsers too, where there isn't some sort of a built in go to the bottom or go to the top feature. And even in a mobile browser, unless you get and use some particular one it would seem, there isn't a built-in go to the bottom option (and I'm not sure that go to the top one is necessarily there in a built-in fashion on some other mobile platforms like Android or Windows Phone). On my iPad, I can jump to the very top of the page by touching the top of the screen (not sure how Android works). Also, I read this forum in a browser that has a gesture to take me straight to the bottom. Which is to say, in the first place, the up arrow is not useful. In the second place, I have no need for the down arrow. So that red arrow pair, apart from being huge and unattractive, just annoys me.
I realize that others may be fond of it. Could I please at least have an option to make it not exist for me?
