luckily for it took ages to display the numbers and then jogged off the field like an old man with the counter switching over 60' just as he left the pitch

The only prediction I'm making is that if Spain lose the Italian in our office is going to be unbearable on Monday morning.
looks like it's probably between Oranje (if Spain wins) and Ukranian All Blacks if Italy wins, although it is still quite open in the top 7 depending on the exact score and individual performances:

Thanks for posting that table I'm currently in a rainswept tin shack clinging to a wind-blasted Yorkshire cliff so I can't sort my own tables out at the moment.
I'll be home in good time tomorrow though to engrave the name of the winning team on the trophy.

Oranje - Limburg have points in the bag + Balotelli. Not sure re the Italy players; injuries and the defence line up?
Fantasy aside, I'd like Italy to win - preference and to see how the pundits dig themselves out.

Blimey – I don't know if EPSN have properly updated their standings but if so and everything's correct we have five teams tied at the top of the table all level on points.
I'm not totally convinced it's fully updated though so I'll wait until tomorrow before posting the final table and doling out the trophy, but what I can do whilst we await final confirmation is to say thank you and well done to the twelve teams who graced our tournament...

i guess the italian left all the had on the field for the semi.
congrats to all that picked the spanish players.
right now ESPN has almost everyone in the 100th percentile, so i suspect there still something wrong there.
I suppose it's between oranje and Moyank (who had torres !), but we'll see.
and I am very impressed with the kits, jaffa.
the 42 and logo are a very nice touch,
as are:
- the bulgarian colors
- the 14 for the cruyff internationals (is the logo his signature?)
- the elephant logo for pachyderm
- the FF logo for fizzistan
- the throwback dutch kit for oranje
- the yankees, pinstripes and 24 for Moyank
- RRB logo for roy's boys
- tiger amber for the sporting cars of course (though i was expecting stripes)
- all blacks (this was easy)
what else did I miss?
the only ones i couldn't identify promptly by just looking at the jersey were takao's (should have used a battleship!) and woodNUFC (is that a newcastle's shirt/logo?)
