Why...why...WHY
People get their hopes up EVERY year. When will you learn? Well, it's too late now, there won't be any more. At least learn this lesson in time for the developer's conference, ok?
If ANYONE is disapointed, it's just because you're not paying attention.
So just another ridiculously expensive Mac laptop, that I can't afford. I was sure hoping for a new Mac mini. I've about had it with Apple and it's elitist attitude. When we have 10% unemployment in this country, I want to see how many people buy their crap.

2. Low-life hackers messing with Apple fansites
3. No new Mac minis? For real? What was that about ID strings found in the latest beta of Snow Leopard? There hasn't been ANY REAL update to the Mac mini since the switch to intel processors! It still has the intel GMA950 and a 3GB RAM limit!
It's a very, very bad day indeed.
I'm still hoping for a silent update... *fingers crossed*.

Am I the only person not happy about this? AT&T can't seem to handle the current traffic in some its markets, like NYC. Those markets certainly do not need several thousand people downloading songs and podcasts at the same time.
Should all be aiff 1411kbps - stop selling crap. i cant believe people pay for downloading crap quality music - im sure most people dont even know what they re buying!!?
iTunes + has also been active for over an hour. I can upgrade over 376 songs for $72.
If that's the case, they better do it TODAY, otherwise there will be lots of torches and pitchforks.
And if the mini update is minor enough that they don't announce it with more than a press release, that's not going to go over well either. The mini update NEEDS to be a big deal or they dropped the ball.

It is a hard year to come out with loads of new hardware. Look at the economy.
