Magpul Executive Field Case

I was going to suggest this too, but for the life of me, I couldn't remember the name Botach...and I just ordered one from there not too long ago! *sigh* Getting old SUCKS!
Are they not selling the cases directly to consumers anymore? Says shipping to dealers and distributors on their website.

Can't order the executive from the magpul site and every other sight has the pic with the small camera opening. Does anyone know where I gan get the updated one at? Is the botach the updated one?

The foliage one I got in from Botach 2 days ago DOES have the updated camera cut out, FWIW.
FYI, when I ordered mine last weekend, I actually ordered two...black and the foliage. I got an email from them the next day saying the black was back ordered. They may have gotten more in by now, but just a heads up.
Here's a decent pic from earlier in this thread. In the first picture, the foliage one is on the top row, far right. In the 2nd picture, it's the one that's on the iPhone.

I have only ordered from the Magpul website. Yeah, each day you will see some colors offered and others not listed.
I assume that means they are out of stock. Good news, since it means they are being well received and purchased.

After several months, this is still my all-time favorite case! I'd put on a sgp or otterbox, but still end up putting the Magpul back on. Black on black looks so stealthy. I have several different colors, but black is my favorite, so I passed on the other colors to share with others. No complaints from them either.

Agreed. In fact, I might just pick up an extra black one. I think I like the case more than the phone. *gasp*
Anyone try one of the Magpul Executive Cases with a car mount, specifically, a car mount from ProClipUSA? I have a ProClipUSA car mount for my GPS, and it's fantastic. Would like to buy one for the iPhone but the "ribs" on the Magpul Executive Case may not "fit."

Well I really wanted to rave about this case like everyone else...but I simply cannot ignore the bad fit. Loose spots around the sides of the phone make it look like an ill-fitting sweater.
This is after forcing down the edges the best I can. Yeah its cheap and cool, but but I can't stand the fit on my $400+ iphone.

Take the case off the phone and roll all the edges in. I really had to work mine to close all the gaps.
I rolled them yesterday. This is the result today. Unacceptable level of maintenance to me..
Ive used and abused mine for several months (the original version). The only place I get the "bowing" is near the mute switch/volume button area. Do you remove and reinstall the case a lot ?
Ive "fixed" the bowing by applying a hair-dryer to warm it up and then rolling it inwards (suggested by a member here), but it seems that you are getting bowing all around the case. Might be a defective one, how long have you had it ?
I've had the case for about a month and bought it direct from the website. I get bowing by the volume and the top and the bottom as you can see. Probably a defective one. Lame.
I had the same thing on mine when I first got it, but it went away after taking the phone in and out of the case a few times.
I would call/contact Magpul. I have 3 cases, 2 exec and 1 field, and none fit as badly as yours...right out of the box.
Unless you have really abused it. Idk
