I have the Zeera. I like it and I want to get another one. I just found this on Amazon which looks identical (even down to the packaging) as the Zeera. Cheaper also. I got it on Prime shipping coming tomorrow. Let you know if it's the same. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08LL1LLJ5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Thanks for sharing! Yes, please do update us.

Anyone aware of something like this but without the ball mount (just the charging disk connected directly to a vent mount)? I don't really need a ball mount (and it is another point of weakness/play) and it would be much lower profile without one.

Torn between ordering the Belkin and the Zeera. Anyone thinks these mounts are pricey at $40 approximately? What’s the average price of previous car mounts?

Does this look like the same unit you got (power input on the backside)?
yup, that's the new ones he is sending me. I haven't gotten them yet so don't know 100% until I get them. They should match what he actually sent though so im assuming.

Does (or can) the phone rotate while on the charger? I've tried sticking a MagSafe charger on an existing mount, and it rotates enough while driving that it's askew within minutes.
That's the reason all car mounts should have the lower strip of magnets. The pucks would be good for table stands or something that doesn't vibrate.

What's a good 12V USB-C car charger to use in a car with the MagSafe puck?

Today I used Google Maps on an hour-long drive... and I don't think my charger could keep up with my MagSafe-mounted solution.

I've got an Insignia (Best Buy) charger that is supposed to deliver 18W from its USB-C port. But my battery level barely increased during the hour.

My old wired charger would have charged my phone's battery significantly in that same time.

Is this just the side-effect of inductive charging vs wired charging? Or do I just need a better 12V charger? Any help is appreciated. :)

Edit: I'm also using a USB-C extension cable... so I wonder if that is messing it up?

I just received the ESR Hololock charger and I'm using a Torras Diamond clear case and the connection isn't strong enough. Phone slips off the charger immediately. I ordered a few metal rings from Amazon and will tape one to the back of the case which should be very strong.

I want a clear case and tried the Apple MagSafe case, but it was WAY to slippery and the buttons were too hard to press so I returned it. Like the Torras case, just wish the magnet was stronger through it
if you wanted that clear look I would just go bumper case and a clear skin on the back of the phone. Shouldn't have any issues with drops with just a bumper case and have the whole back open and clear.

Awesome thanks. I placed my order earlier and should have it by Dec. 31.

Charging speed will be the point that I want to focus on.
Many wireless car charger claims that they reach 15W in theory. In fact, they cannot do that.

$49 with no mag charger? It would of been better if they included their own version of the mag charger.
I love Brodit stuff, and have a brodit mount in my wife's car right now. But for that price, I might as well double-sided tape the puck right to the brodit vehicle mount directly. No real benefit to what they are offering from what I can see.

Yeah, quite a few of them if you look at the input voltages, cannot... even in theory reach their advertised wattages.

Other people have recommended this one.

I think the important thing is that is outputs 9V @ at least 2.2A.

Update! No good... so the one from Amazon is almost identical to the Zeera BUT I can't get it to show the ring on the screen indicating 15W charging. That, and the magnet seems slightly less strong. ALSO, instead of having he magsafe plaque have a magnet on the back that atttaches to the ball joint arm, this one has the ball joing arm built into the back of it. So this seems like a slightly older model that doesn't include 15w charging. I am going to return this and get another Zeera.

Thanks for letting us know and disappointed (I ordered one, too, but haven't received it yet).

Curious to see you mentioning that the Zeera has a magnet on the back of the charging disc. I wonder whether it can just be connected to basic magnet vent mounts directly (without a ball mount, which I don't want/need, for a lower profile solution)

Dang it - I ordered one too, arriving tomorrow. I'll check it out, but good thing Amazon has free returns. Weird Ince the description talks about MagSafe and at least one review says it "takes advantage of the Iphone12 Magsafe feature"
