I have a ticket. They're standard carnival/raffle tickets and they said these are the order you're let into the store only, not a guarantee of a watch.

So tickets to 80 deep in the line. What about KIDLARK? ticket yet

They should've started selling at 9am. Anyone able to get what they wanted? Or hear of quantities ?

No idea about stock yet but they're only letting a handful of people in the store at once and apparently ringing them up in order of ticket numbers.

Found this guy yesterday his instagram is alidir8. He was an early one in line 1st 5 I think. 9 minutes ago he posted a picture with his new watch.

I got here with my son at 5:35 in line and we were just over 100 when we got her but somehow when they handed out tickets at around 8:30ish we are ticket number 151 and 152 so friends/family must have jumped in. I'm pretty bummed because I just talked to #20 who came out at 10am having purchased his, so it's taking a really really long time. The line is not moving quickly at all since they've opened.

Also bad news for variety, the #20 guy just told me they only have sport black or silver casing with white AND black bands together (I didn't realize you get both color bands when you purchase a sport) or the steel with Milanese loop. NOTHING ELSE. No other bands with the steel and no edition. So whoever said there would be a lot of variety could not have been more wrong.

Apparently they are letting you try on the watches which is good if you haven't yet, but really bad for everyone in line who already tried on in an Apple Store and wants to get in and get out quickly.

Good Update KidLark thanks. I sent you a PM

From what I understand, they have blue, green.and black sport and the only Stainless Steel is the 38mm Milanese.
Not 100% on this but it's what a frazzled dude told me after he exited the store.

It just doesn't make sense to me to buy a different model/color than what you really wanted just so that you can get it on the first day. The wait is going to quickly fade into memory once you get the watch, then you're stuck with the one you chose for a long time.

Maybe they have the same ones that the sign from the Japanese store (that has been posted) has. It would make a lot of sense for the select few stores that were going to sell the watches, to have the exact same supplies.

I got the Milanese loop. Holy hell. 100% class and comfort. Never been more satisfied with an apple purchase

Thanks for the updates.
Any idea on the quantities of each?

Bummer that their site said they'll have all the models in stock but seems they only really have Sport and one Steel model configuration.

Any 38mm space gray sport?

waiting in line is for peasants.

why did you not order from the comfort of your own home, via the apple store app and apple pay? took me 45 seconds and my watch will arrive today by UPS.

I did that and bought mine 2 min into the launch. Unfortunately I went with the pink band and nobody has seen any of those shipping yet.

At this point I'm actually tempted to go there since they have the actual watch I want, but I suspect by the time they get to me I'll be out of luck.

I ordered a 42 mm Space Gray Sport and a 42 mm Stainless Space Black the second the app came up for me and no charge or anything yet. It wasn't as easy as you make it sound to be.
