Megapixels don't increase camera quality. Do you really need 5 megapixels?
Do I really need 32GB? or a compass?

UPS flight #65 from Anchorage, AK to Ontario, CA just landed.
This ^^^^^^ was suspected at one time to have iPhones for those on the West Coast.
Prolly nothing, but be on the look out...
Do I really need 32GB? or a compass?
Again not likely since the scan was at 18:52 and UPS 081 departed at 18:41. The Vegas odds are on UPS 063 for a revised arrival in the UPS Hub in about 24 minutes, but who's counting..I wish this was true, but here are the facts. If they are going to Loiusville, which most if not all are, so they can be routed to where they will end up, then they can not be in the air. According to Flight Aware, there is no plane that is only 2 hours out of all that are airborn, the closest is + 4 hours. So, our Iphones has left the building, but are still sitting on a tarmac in Alaska.

My guess is we will be on UPS Flight 81.
Anyone else here still wondering why they only increased the camera by 1MP when most phone have 5-8MP? That's really not a big jump for a phone thats been on the market for 24 months.
My shipping status just changed to June 17th...
So that means (according to UPS) that if customs clears tonight, I will have my phone by tomorrow morning...or 8 hrs from now; it's already in transit to Kentucky (it's rather strange how nothing is being updated on the website and I have to call and find out what's going on)
Customs better clear ASAP!!! (and I mean that with the UTMOST sincerity)![]()
Wells folks, I am going to call it a night. I ordered on the 11th for home delivery from AT&T and my order is still "In Progress" and I have no tracking number.
Here's to hoping I wake up to better news...even if it says Friday.

You can use your existing AT&T SIM or use the new SIM that will be pre-installed in your new iPhone.
Here is the Apple iPhone "How To" site link: http://www.apple.com/iphone/how-to/index.html#help.removing-the-sim-card
Give it a try, it has lots of great iPhone information.
You will need iTunes 8.2 or later to activate your iPhone if you are receiving a home delivery. Again the link above is ot the "How To" site that answers all of your questions.
If you have all of your contacts on your current SIM, you can Import them into your iPhone address book, again see the "How To" site for the specific details.

They'll probably be out to lunch when FedEx arrives...
bummer in the summer![]()
isn't Shanghai China? haha
Wow, it worked for me on the original iPhone, then the iPhone 3G and it will still work in the iPhone 3G S. Yes, it is that Same SIM. I got the idea from the iPhone to iPhone 3G upgrade. I kept the original iPhone as a backup phone and by using the SIM that was paired with the iPhone during iTunes activation I was able to move the active SIM between the original iPhone and the iPhone 3G without any issues.Well.. this is at odds with all of the information that I've seen and what I've been told by ATT reps. But go ahead and take a chance![]()

a big question for you guys, i have the 3G, and am using my dads eligible upgrade pricing. do i just activate phone with his number then put my own sim in the phone?
Did we not clear customs in Alaska? What was the point of stopping there.
