Yeap, order placed online via ATT site on 6/9. Still says in progress. I have a feeling we're getting it up the crapper for a friday delivery.
I dont trust those online chat things. They never know the correct answer and tell me to call customer service.
That means that your phone is on a truck or plane somewhere between HK and where it will be next. (Probably Alaska.) The "In Transit" means that they have no way of tracking while it's headed there. They could have weather trouble or have (god forbid) a crash.
It happens alot on the tracking. They can't promise a delivery date when they have no idea where it actually is.
that's because its a sales chat. they really cant help in handling orders already placed. they are like that annoying sales person that cant help with anything, but would gladly assist you in buying a new end table... basterds
Mine did too. My phone is on the same flight as yours. I wouldn't worry about it.
I don't know why you people are expecting to get any legit information from an apple rep you called on the phone, especially considering all of them are giving different answers.

Already copy pasted in a word document, along with several screenshots that guarantee 19th for delivery. I said I would raise hell if...
Check your tracking number with UPS it should show the 19th as the delivery date mine said the same thing and UPS shows the 19th as the delivery date.
Mine just landed in Kentucky. 6/9 in-store att pre-order. Scheduled for 6/18 delivery. Feeling confident about picking it up Friday morning.

Sorry but you could have just purchased a new single line from Apple and then merged it into your existing FamilyTalk. It might have cost you an extra $5 due to the pro-rated rate plans.

I don't know why all the ATT people are freaking out. If ATT planned on having direct fulfillment orders available Friday morning, then they need to get it Thursday. I just saw movement on my order late last night and now it's in Kentucky.
If you're supposed to get your phone Friday, I don't see why you should expect something to happen sooner than phones that are supposed to be in stores Thursday.
And furthermore, there are Apple customers still flapping in the wind.
